When I called, the kind lady at the front desk Linda answered. I asked for the price and said thank you. She then said "hey, if you are shopping around, make sure you ask about mandatory insurance, and administrative fees. A lot of other places will try and pull a fast one on you. They will require you buy their upcharged locks, or require you to purchase their insurance." and she was right. Having rented before at other places I had forgotten they do charge sometimes even more than the rental fee for administrative costs. You can tell by that, that they don't just look out for their own customers but they look out for people. It's a great locally owned business with great prices. They will let you see the unit before renting which some do not do (those that don't could be hiding rat waste or leaks, etc.) The place has cameras set up all over of course, and they even go and check every lock and gate every morning to make sure your stuff is still secure and hasn't been tampered with. Went to help a friend move her belongings and was very impressed with the place. You can tell it is an older facility, but the front desk person was very nice. What I really liked was that they had a place where they kept things that people left there so that others could take them...including a very large library of books, Cd, and such.
