Met Leslie and Autumn when I went to check out facility. Very professional and friendly. Took a tour and found it to be VERY clean, well lit and secure. Love the app that opens the gates and doors. My only complaint was upon seeing the 10x5 unit, which I was looking to rent, was obviously smaller than stated. All good over quite a few years. One problem - moved out, gave up the unit 3-4 days after paying rent for the month. I assumed the rent would be prorated. This is not the case. Thus I paid for the entire month tho I moved out and returned the unit for a new tenant. I understand that this is the policy as per my lease. I havent seen the lease in years.
