My travel trailer was stolen from this facility. It was only there a little over a month. When it was stolen, the property manager, who knew about the break in on Sunday morning, but didn't contact me until 24 hours later, told m she would look at the video camera. I gave her a couple of hours to look and called her back. She said she is still looking, but that I should be upset with Shreveport Police for not coming to look at the video. She said she had people moving in, but would continue to look. I gave her another hour and then went to the facility myself. Tammy was the only person there. She said that she couldn't turn the cameras back and there was a "glitch" in the system. Based on her behavior, I sense that Tammy struggles with technology. I asked for the owner's name. She gave me Jimmy's number. I called Jimmy to ask if he could come to Mansfield Storage to look at the cameras. He said that he couldn't. I asked why not. "I'm running a business" was his response. He said it wasn't convenient for him because he was waiting on a delivery from UPS. By all means, Jimmy, don't let the fact that my new travel trailer was stolen from your business bother you. If it isn't too much to ask, I told him to please notify me of when we could meet so I could see who broke into his business and stole my travel trailer. Not once did either employee apologize. Could not have found a better facility for my needs. Security is of utmost importance. Not once did I feel uneasy while on the property. I was able to unload the items and transport them to the unit with ease thanks in part to the dollies being so handy. I did not have to look for one nor were they just lining the interior walls getting in the way. I appreciate the cleanliness and the lights. No dark corners. The property is well maintained. It helps to know I am expected to do my part by cleaning up after myself. Management makes it easy. True friendliness.
