    Well, management is very sweet....BUT if you can avoid storing your belongings here then I would. There is a SERIOUS rodent problem and it needs to be addressed. A few days shy of being 2 months in to switching to a larger unit here and SEVERAL of our valuables are ruined. Rats completely destroyed the hose to our washer, ate through several bags of sealed winter clothing items and built nests in our brand new dressers. We had no food stored in our unit whatsoever. This is the 2nd unit where rats have eaten our items and left fecal matter all on top of our things. Of course we were told that nothing can be done about this. We were offered for the unit to be sprayed ?? Save your money and your valuables because we now have to repurchase A LOT. Pick another storage. ... Read more

    The management team at this U-Stor on Mansfield Rd, is awesome. They really try to do what they can to help you with your unit and getting the size you need.
