Fantastic service and the unit is fine. It’s a mom and pop business and worlds better than all the national chains. Lucas is the best to deal with from the day I called for a unit until the day I moved out. ... Read more

They called me 5 pm the night before and promised storage i was on a wait list for, I called them back minutes later and stated I wanted the space, the fellow noted their computer was closed for the night so I was directed to come by at 10 am next morning. At 9:47 they called me as I was driving into their yard and told me there was a mix up, no space for me. I was so close I just continued in. It quickly became obvious they just sold my promised spot to the woman standing in front of me. The owner/manager just said sorry, first come first serve. First he lied, then he just said matter of factly pronounced (first come first serve) like an inhuman robot. He then shamelessly asked me if I wanted to take a blank contract term if another space opened. I simply told him if the contract was with him it had no value. If you want to have you valuables watched by unethical people, this is your place. How (secure) can you valuables be stored when the owner has no ethics? ... Read more

These guys are great! You don't usually expect to be using words like "great" and "friendly" and "good value" when describing storage facilities. But I would use all those words and more to talk about Secure Storage. This place is neat and clean, the units are free of moisture and dirt and the secure gate system works really well. But it's the guys that work at Secure Storage that make the place really pop. Lucas and Seamus are the most friendly, easy-going guys - always ready with a smile and with great suggestions for how to make moving easier. I would go back to Secure Storage without a second thought. PS: Remember to ask Lucas about mountain bike racing! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Secure Storage - 28 Commerce Park Road has to offer. These amenities include 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Secure Storage - 28 Commerce Park Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Secure Storage - 28 Commerce Park Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $87 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $417 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
