An ordinary storage area. Competent enough- prices are kind of standard which come across is high because storage areas are expensive. Not being in urban spot I thought would be cheaper. Guy at the window was helpful but not overly so. ... Read more

They give false information on the phone and then tell you too bad later. They told us if we had our stuff out by the 3rd we'd only have $8 taken off the $72 we gave them for the last month. We physically weren't able to get it all out on the 3rd so we finished taking everything out on the 4th. When I went to pick up check for last month they charged me half the month and said too bad someone gave you wrong information... too bad so sad for me. They refused to give us a unit later on because I complained about the lady telling me false information over the phone. They even said sorry that she told you erroneous information but she doesn't decide things. False information leads to people losing out on money! Make sure if you're a business to please give the information needed so people can make better decisions. When my boyfriend went to try to get a unit from them independently by himself.... they asked him if he knew me. When he said he did know me, they REFUSED service to him because of my review. Is this 1945? Are you allowed to refuse service because someone is affiliated with me? Wouldn't you want to try to make things right instead of having a dissatisfied customer 2 out of the 3 times we did business with you? This was your second chance to make things right but apparently that's too much work for you or you just don't care. Make sure you don't tell them you know me if you want to rent from them or they may refuse you service as well. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
