    This is hands down the best storage unit facility out of the 4-5 that I have dealt with over the last decade. The property is clean and secure, it’s in a great location with good hours, but one thing sets this business apart and makes it easily the best on Cape; the amazing customer service. Without fail the staff and ownership at Falmouth Sun Self Storage go overboard to provide a level of thoughtful service and do the little things that show genuine care for clients. I recently assumed my bill was autopaying and didn’t check or pay it for months, and rather than get angry or sell the unit they called me and happily waived late fees and helped me set up autopay, and then made special accommodations so that I could get into the unit upon arrival to Falmouth in non-working hours. I don’t ever write reviews, let alone reviews this long-Falmouth Self Storage is excellent enough to merit an exception. You can feel totally confident trusting them with your valuable or sentimental possessions, and the price is great. ... Read more

    Nice people. My only problem is that not all the units are watertight. I had to switch units because of leaks from ceiling. They can't really keep water from coming in under doors & some areas of the roof, so I put my things up on pallets & cover everything in plastic, that isn't sealed in bins. ... Read more

    Was advertised $40 per month with second month free. They charged $80 at first month. I was late paying the rent, and they locked me out without a courtesy call. I was locked out for two weeks, and when I paid the rent + $20 late fee, I said I don't think I should have to pay for the time that they locked me out. They said no it's in the contract. I immediately moved out of the unit, and the next day they called trying to collect rent for another month. I occupied the unit from September 15 to December 17, 91 days, and paid $140; that works out to be three months at $40 per month plus $20 for the late fee. There was no free second month. I would never do business with these people again. I strongly recommend storing your stuff somewhere else. ... Read more
