Read some helpful reviews of Walk in Closet Self Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I’ve been here for 6 years almost, and it has been great and convenient, up until recently…. This place is infested with mice! Now they’ve tried to get some trap boxes but these mice are still showing up, and no matter how many times I’ve told management about it, it continues to go on deaf ears…. On top of everything, they have the audacity to raise the rent of the units, while they have a whole infestation…..I’ve been told by staff to just go spend money and get my own traps… Now I don’t know about you, but that is NO WAY to do business with loyal customers! It seems the owner as well as the management here, do not give a damn about the situation, and they rather just take your money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone, getting a unit here at this rate and it’s quite sad honestly. It’s disgusting and disappointing. You guys have got to do better honestly… FIX THE PROBLEM! ... Read more

The staff is lovely to deal with, no complaints there. However upper management has some poor business sense, I have 3 units in the complex for less than one year. Received a letter notifying me that each unit was going up a flat $25 per month, which is more than 20% increase. Not sure where they get off increasing units by a flat rate and not a percentage. I’ll be clearing out my units before the increase, but I would steer clear if I were you. They don’t maintain their facilities, most of the carts are broken and the roof leaks. It’s a bit of a pain to access because of the controls on the doors. I went here because of the reasonable fees, I was willing to overlook their slumlord maintenance practices. But now the fees are the same as Extra Space just without the glitz and glamour. You’re better off at Extra Space, at least they understand how to properly implement rent increases. ... Read more

I’ve never had a person be so rude in my life. I called to follow up with a visit I did this past weekend . A lady name Jocelyn answered, she did nothing but cut me off And because I said “ I was waiting for a follow up “ she immediately said “ oh no we don’t chase you you need to call us “ in the most rude tone! Without knowing what I was going to say right after . She wouldn’t let me speak , I can’t believe they have some one with this type of customer service working there! Just to find out from tenants that’s shes rude like that on the daily , so sad And management just done care from I’m hearing , horrible! Will not bring my business in this place due to Jocelyn being so nasty! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
