I am extremely upset with this storage and its management.(Paul the property manager who is asking for 5 stars review on the first day of signing the lease ). About two weeks ago I was sitting in my car on the property, on the phone. Suddenly all the lights on the street went out due to an electrical issue. Instead of checking what was going on, the storage manager decided to call the police on me , a paying customer of over a year who has gate access and whose vehicle is obviously registered in their system. Within minutes police showed up and started questioning me as if I had done something wrong. I explained that I am a customer and had every right to be there. The manager then had to come out and “confirm” he recognized me, almost like an interrogation, and only then I was allowed to go , with the suggestion that I should go sit somewhere else to take my phone call. As a paying customer, this was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Because of this incident, I cancelled my storage. I am not paying nearly $100 a month to be treated like a suspect for simply being on property I legally rent. But unfortunately it didn’t end there. A few days later I was notified of a water leak caused by a burst pipe , which can happen in freezing temperatures. I came in, the manager took photos of the damage to my belongings, and I moved boxes away from the door to prevent further damage. I left assuming the issue would be fixed promptly. Days later I returned and found water still actively leaking into my unit and the damage to my belongings now much worse. Nothing had been done to stop the water from continuing to enter. No temporary barrier, no preventative action, nothing. The manager knew about the issue but did absolutely nothing besides making notes in the system. When I even asked if I could place something myself to block the water and protect my belongings, I was told I was not allowed to do so without manager approval. So I was expected to just watch my property continue to get destroyed. It is unbelievable that there was urgency to call the police on a paying customer sitting in a car, yet absolutely no urgency to protect a customer’s belongings when there was active water damage. Situations like burst pipes happen, especially in winter , but what matters is how management responds. And in this case, the response was careless and unacceptable. I would strongly suggest management focuses less on calling the police on their customers and more on actually protecting the property customers are paying them to store. ... Read more

The manager Kerri (Kerrin) is great to work with. Been with this site for about 13 or so years. 10x30 has extra height. It’s more like 13-15 feet tall. It’s awesome! they also have an optional 24 hour access for I believe it’s only 10 bucks a month. Just another added bonus with this place. ... Read more

I’ve had used them for a while I DO NOT recommend. There was a mouse infestation in my unit and then I just found out there’s another leak and I now I have to throw every piece of furniture and a bunch of other stuff out because it’s covered in mold. Don’t use them unless you want your stuff ruined. (Included pictures are fiberglass on my couch from mouse infestation and mold inside a footstool that was in a box) ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
