Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

In a professional landscape that is increasingly automated and, at times, cold, finding that level of human-centered efficiency is rare. It’s particularly commendable that John prioritized your needs by recommending a more cost-effective solution rather than pushing for a higher-priced unit. That kind of honesty builds the exact foundation of trust required when you are storing a lifetime of artistic and design archives. There is a profound difference between an employee who is merely "clocking in" and one who possesses the mastery of their role to actually look out for the client's interests. That proactive mindset is exactly what keeps a business thriving, because, as you noted, the customer is the one who makes the entire operation possible. I can'.\nT say enough at how helpful john is and has been during my transition of moving and how much money he saved me by simply knowing his job and sharing what he knew with me ... Read more

I’m being so honest, Sabrina is definitely the one to go to. I had to call in place of my mother and when I tell you Sabrina was so kind to me. She talked me through everything I needed assistance with, slower down whenever I didn’t understand, and even helped me with my anxiety when I became overstimulated. I really appreciate all her help. Y’all should really hire more workers with the respect and drive that Sabrina has. ... Read more

We rented here a year ago and quite frankly we’re not very thrilled. Facility is ok but parking can be tough and dolly's to move your items are hard to come by. So why would I go back? One word! Sabrina! As I was comparing prices in the area Sabrina’s amazing customer service, friendliness and positive attitude won me over. She is also a fantastic saleswomen in the best of ways and knows her job. I so hope they hold onto her and know the gem that they have! ... Read more

I bet to outsiders all of these 5 star reviews look fake, but Sabrina really is as AMAZING as we all say she is. She truly loves her job and it shows in her work. She literally just called me because she was reviewing my account and noticed that I was going to get charged a $20 late fee because I had a $4 balance on my account. ... Read more

The Manager at this location, Sabrina, is nothing short of AMAZING. I don't think I've ever had someone in Customer Service/Relations go above and beyond to help me the way she did with the multiple complications and issues that my move-in had. If you're having to store something in the Baltimore area, even if you live a little ways out (like I do, in Glen Burnie currently), I'd recommend this location over any others to anybody for Sabrina alone. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
