    I would have loved to give a 5 star review because the people working in the office were fantastic. Both were very helpful, and had great attitudes. However, I accessed my storage unit for the first time last night and there were two issues. First, the light inside my unit does not work. Second, the lanes between the buildings were sheets of ice. I was unable to make the turn and get up the hill to the exit. Luckily another customer came to the entrance gate and I was able to get out that way. My truck started sliding sideways toward the curb…no impact thankfully, but I can see how someone could damage their vehicle due to this. ... Read more

    I've tried to contact the rental office at this location in person and over the phone several times within business hours, and stood outside the office with other customers as well, to find no one working. This location has no manager, and therefore is probably the most unsafe storage facility. The exit gate is ALWAYS open, and the bay door to my units is broken letting leaves and all the weather inside the interior units.     These facilities are older than others in the area and are more price competitive. I decided to give them an opportunity to provide my storage needs and went on-line to do the reservation. The process seemed to be straightforward and progressed well until it reached the point where it was to get a signature for the lease document. At that point the website server apparently decided to take a coffee break and would not respond, resulting in a timeout error and the failure of the whole process. When this happens you have no way of reconnecting to your application. If you try to reach out to customer service, you would get the same response if you just yelled out your window. Multiple emails go unanswered except for the first one which said to call their 877 number for help. That would be fine except that when you call that number it is busy, and call it again, it is still busy. Imagine this going on for nearly 2 days where you can't get a response either through email or phone for a failure of their reservation system and your sensitive data is now floating somewhere in their system because the process never reached completion and you cannot reach anyone to resolve the problem. Maybe someday in the future I'll be able to address the facility and how it meets the storage needs of the customers. Unfortunately you have to run the gauntlet under fire before you can reach that point. 4/4/23 Update. A couple of weeks have now passed and there still has been no response from the company other than the below to email their central customer "service" which hasn't responded to any prior emails sent to them concerning the website failure and inability to reach them. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I went to the location today to speak with them personally. I arrived at 11:00 which is well within their advertised operating hours of 10 - 6 only to find the door locked and no one around. There wasn't even a sign indicating if and when anyone would return. The exit gate was standing open and unattended. It is beginning to look like the other reports of good service are likely only a matter of luck and not of a service standard for this company. At this point they have been pre-paid but have not provided the required access information. Unfortunately the next stop is going to have to be the State Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Office since the company refuses or is unable to provide the services they advertise. 4/14/23 Update. Would you believe that the only communication was finally from their centralized customer service organization asking for information as to where this facility was located. That was provided and the response continues to be crickets. The facility itself has not reached out to address the issue of their inaccurate office hours or the inability to contact them concerning finalizing a rental.
