I would give zero stars if I could. Been calling for 2 weeks now and can’t even get a call back after leaving multiple voicemails. All I want to do is cancel my unit. Had to go online to remove my auto pay so I don’t get charged even though all my stuff is out. So incompetent. Where you at John?? Answer the phone!!! ... Read more

As someone who spent years as the Resident Superintendent of a large 10 acre, 1500 unit mini-storage complex down in S. Florida, I have a bit of an insider view on what a well run storage facility should be like. Jessica was an absolute delight to deal with, and went out of her way to match me up with the right size unit for my needs, at the best price. The facility is clean and tidy, and appears to be well maintained. And the location is quite convenient. Although my current plans are for seasonal winter storage, based on my initial experience, I can easily see myself deciding to just keep the extra storage space year round. ... Read more

Great store staff, terrible corporate management. Tried to contact them regarding an insane YOY rent increase on a unit $50-> $133/month and was left on read after initial contact. The representative (Samantha Leonardi) had an attitude and should not be working customer service. Go take your business to M71 and avoid this place if you are looking for long term storage. Also, there’s a bad insect problem in the fall and our unit leaked. They claim to have security but they have no cameras watching the units. ... Read more

Been using this storage units for over 10years and in that time only a few issues mainly toward the switch from new owners. As with the times the increase of renting a unit is a bit high for the area so I would suggest another location to store your goods. Over $100 increase in rental ridiculous try fixing the doors on the units correctly the first time so your customers can actually use the units ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
