Easiest storage experience yet. I did everything online. It was easy and convenient with a great price too! The best part is when I did need help, they answered the phone and helped me, no call back even. Wish everything was this easy! ... Read more

Called and left a message about turning my unit back over to them and they still took money from my account. The unit is empty. If they would have actual office hours on their open schedule maybe it would be easier to actually get in contact with them. ... Read more

I would not rent from this business period!! Matt is not into Customer service! They do not update, repair anything. The original owner died a couple years ago, and Matt is running this business into the ground, which is a shame! The storages leak both under the doors, and roof! You also get the rats/mice from the other storage owners... and unfortunately some live out of these??!! I witnessed it myself!! I complained to Matt about the paint chipping into my eyes when I opened my door, nothing he could do...unless I emptied it out?!? It was full. He should not of rented it this way! Offer to help move the stuff. I guess it is okay to sell your property, make money...update you business!!! Paint chips in eyes, is dangerous!!! ... Read more

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.
