The staff that have answered the phone have always been friendly and helpful. The site itself is new, so obviously things are in great shape. It was super easy to sign up online and start moving items in later that same day. ... Read more

Been Renting for about 7 years now. It is a storage place so not much there. It is good and secure. The biggest issue I have had is they can keep some odd hours and I have gone there a few times and no one was in the office. But other than that they store your stuff and you can get in until at least 9 if not 10p. ... Read more

They pretty much robbed me of $77. Made a reservation online and it said it will be held till the 5th of May. A few days later they called and said they can only hold it for 72 hours. I told them I won’t need it until May. The owner didn’t once mention that I was going to have to pay for the month of April and proceeded to take my payment letting me think I was paying for May. Only to come to find out I was going to be charged again 13 days later for the month of May on the first! I asked for my money back seems how I hadn’t even used the unit and never even signed a lease there. He refused to give me my money back and just told me it was all my fault I pretty much should have read between the lines and guessed what he was saying. He never once said that I was paying for April too. Tried using the excuse all the units were full and so is everywhere else which is not true. I got a new unit within 5 minutes after being robbed. ... Read more

I have been using this facitlity since it opened and have never been disappointed by anything other than that they used to keep really weird business hours lol But now they have someone there almost all day and they have online services INCLUDING being able to pay online!!! Such a huge bonus feature in a smaller town. Now i dont have to worry about late fees because I didn't make there in time I can just do it online AND keep a card on file for quick payments. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
