Honestly, It's a Storage Facility. It has been exactly that since I first got the unit. I've always had a great expariance with them because I've never had any issues. The staff is always pleasant and respectful; definetly deserves all the stars. ... Read more

Other than the bathroom being inaccessible because the lock doesn’t work and it was full of trash and no toilet paper and the people that appeared to possibly be living in their unit as they were bringing in food on multiple occasions, the same people blocking the door but not unloading just eating in their car when we had a 26’ UHaul that needed unloading it’s been good. Units were clean for the most part but if people continue to eat in there or light make for more rodents. ... Read more

Thais played a crucial role in helping my family find the right unit, she was knowledgeable and answered their questions, she made sure to point out a few details on how we can properly store our items. I also love how it’s a one stop shop. Thanks again. I will definitely be back. ... Read more

The building is a serious health hazard. Completely infested with mice like nothing I've ever seen. I witnessed several mice (5 all out together) crawl out of the hole they made in my sofa where I assume they were living and scurried away in front of my eyes while I was removing my things from the space. I then witnessed a mouse that came running out of the storage across from mine which I believe was vacant and ran straight pass my feet into my storage. I have never seen anything like it. Absolutely horrifying. Thousands of dollars of my belongings were ruined and had to be disposed of due to the rodent infestation. I was storing my things in a climate controlled indoor space for a month and half between a move to insure they would be in good condition and not be at risk of being ruined by mice or elements. Very unfortunate decision on my end. My experience with this storage was overall very poor due to the losses I suffered, and I was not reimbursed in any way even with paying for insurance coverage. I will say, The two women managing the place are very kind and one sent the email to the insurance after I brought the conditions of the storage unit to her attention and said she was going to call pest control. I have not heard back from the insurance yet and plan on reach out today. I know that many other customers have experience their items being ruined as well because it was stated by the manager that, “they were allowing customers to use the staff only dumpster because of how many customers had to discard of their items due to the mice.” I would have appreciated if they had been transparent about the rodent infestation from the beginning so I could have had the option of finding another space and avoided the thousands of dollars worth of property loss or at the very least, be able put some sort of rodent repellent in my personal storage. Although, with the extent of the infestation, personal rodent repellent likely wouldn’t be enough to stop those mice. I hope this company prioritizes an exterminator to avoid more customers property being damaged and ruined. ... Read more

Called in to get a price for storing my classic car over the winter and they would not give me a single price for anything. They kept asking me questions about my personal information and still did not give me any information. Not doing business here. ... Read more

I would never recommend this storage unit facility to anyone! In June of 2024 the unit had structural damage and therefore the building was closed until they could fix and reopen. Without being informed or have my consent they placed a red lock on my unit because my unit was apart of the damage. I was never notified about any of this until the day I went to go remove my items on August 25th 2024, I couldn’t because of them not informing me about putting a red lock on my unit and I had to wait until the next day when the office was open to speak to someone. When I spoke to Chelsea the store manager at Cubesmart on Cobb in Kalamazoo Michigan on August 26th 2024 she told me they were keeping everything on the low about what was going on inside the unit and they were not informing any customers about locking their units with red locks. I would never recommend this place as they were withholding my personal items without my consent and that is illegal to do. Never ever store your stuff here! Pictures attached show water damage inside my unit and I did not know about until the day I pulled all of my items out. ... Read more

The business had been opened about a month when I posted this review so I grabbed a unit a week ago. This review is written with little experience. That being said, I could not find anything to deduct any points. So it's a definite 5 star at this point. I'll update if any updates are necessary. Hopefully it remains at 5. But if you're looking for affordable storage stop looking, you've found it. ****UPDATE**** I finished out the month with them. But only because I no longer needed a unit. Lucky for me because prices increased a lot. They're no longer the affordable solution they were. I had to include the price increase because I can't recommend them if you're looking for something based on price. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
