Read some helpful reviews of Torresen Marine, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Always excellent care for our c&c 30 mk1. Very knowledgeable techs who are patient with questions as we learn. Reasonable rates. Trustworthy, unlike other marinas and service depts I have worked with before. Its good to know they don't pad rates or suggest work that doesn't need to be done and know what they are doing. The office staff is equally patient, organized and have customer service-forward attitudes. Thanks to everyone at Torresen. Torresen, our journey began by buying a boat from your lot, with the help of the amazing Steve, 5 years ago. Since, we have been able to give friends and family and guests from all around the world the experience of sailing in West MI waters. Probably a couple hundred individuals by now who have shared the boat and the amazing experience of sailing! Even learning some of the basics with us. Foreign students, business partners and friends, and wonderful times w family. You help make that possible along with Muskegon Yacht Club where we sail out of. Nadine and I appreciate all the help you have been to us, keeping old "Patience" floating and giving us confidence we are in good hands. Jeff and Nadine Carlson ... Read more

A few years ago, I bought a 1989 Tartan 372, and knew from the survey that the engine had seen better days. We decided to replace the engine for the 2020 season, and John at Torresen Marine asked me what my plans were for our beloved boat. After telling him we planned to sail her for years, and that we wanted the best for the boat, John picked out a Yanmar engine worthy of SKYE. Jeff, who installed the engine, and all the craftsmen who had to remove / refit the wood cabinetry surrounding the engine, and some electrical upgrades, did a fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend working with John and Jeff if your beloved boat needs an engine replacement! ... Read more

We have kept our boat on the hard at Torresen for several years. This is a good place, well run, good people, family owned. Excellent painting with indoor heated cure building & reasonable prices. You can do almost any work in the yard including outside contractors as long as you do not create a hazard or mess for the other boats. They make local house calls in the area. They will pick up your boat at local marinas for winter haul-out & you do not need to be there. Ships store is pretty well stocked. There is a used inventory (Gordon's Garage) that might have what you need. There are used masts available. Many other services - call. ... Read more

I have always had great service, enjoy the people in service and the ship's store. I have had some minor billing issues that were quickly resolved and they made sure that I was taken care of. Overall I think Torresen is a great do it yourself boat yard and would highly recommend storing here. ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.
