Very unhappy with our time here. They raised the rent sooo much - it became impossible for us to keep affording it. When we went to empty our unit for move out, the ceiling above our unit had fallen in/caved in and bits of ceiling material were all over our belongings. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. ... Read more

I have had units here for over 10 years. The people they hire here to manage this facility are just awful. Save your time and money. They are not customer focused, organized or consistent with practice. So over it -- ... Read more

Had posted a review as an unhappy customer because of a situation that had occurred with a rental space. I am rewriting as Ron took care of me today and made things right. Thanks Ron… you are awesome!! He also reached out to his manager who helped make sure the problem was resolved. I will keep ya posted as we move forward. ... Read more

I rented a storage unit for over a year and never had a problem. While there is no visible office staff on site, the lobby kiosk works well. When I needed to buy a new lock and later when I was evacuating my unit my call was routed to John who apparently manages this location either from the back office or from a different location. John was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions and resolved my issues promptly and clearly. I would definitely rent at this location again. ... Read more

Worst service provided by Public storage. The exit door of the storage unit was completely opened during October. Within a period of 6 months, the rent was doubled twice and the first time increase was without any proper notification. Even if you move out on the first of the month, they get the entire fee month. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
