I’ve had units in a lot of storage facilities. This is by far the worst. The entrance is always broken so you can’t drive up. If you don’t have a drive up unit good luck I have NEVER seen a cart available to move here. They didn’t apply my referral when I had someone sign up under my name and they increase your rates. This is also on top of the fact that the tops of the units are mesh wire and birds poop all over your belongings. They have rodents and the worst layout I’ve ever seen at any storage facility. No one working in person either. There used to be a front desk with a worker available. That doesn’t exist anymore. Moving out as soon as I can ... Read more

Simple to sign up. Price was very reasonable. I was to be out o. June 9th but my moving company delayed the pickup by 1 day and informed me that they wouldn’t be there to pick up until the 10th. I was allowed to exit on the 10gh without additional charge. Excellent way to understand customer circumstances and be flexible. ... Read more

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and whenever I needed assistance, a live representative was always available. Access to the facility was easy and convenient, and I especially appreciated being able to drive inside, park close to my unit, and unload with ease. I would definitely use their services again in the future. ... Read more

Edit: Received an email from these scammers. There is a NO MOVE OUT policy -- you must give MORE THAN 30 DAYS NOTICE or they will keep charging you. NO REFUNDS. This place was not cleaned from October to February. We're talking diapers on the floor in the entrance. Rotting pile of clothes by the back door. Stained mattresses that smell so bad of cat pee the whole warehouse reeks. They either are cutting their own locks they have the codes to, or someone has been breaking into loads of units. No one watches the cameras. I know this, because their official stated reason to give me NO REFUND is I didn't complain earlier about the condition of the facility. IF SOMEONE IS WATCHING CAMERAS LIKE THE SIGNS SAY, I would not need to tell them SOMEONE SHAT ON THE FLOOR IN THE MAIN HALL. Climate control is a joke, 45 degrees in winter and 85 in the summer. And that's at 8 feet above the ground. Multiple thermostats are off. There was a puddle of human diarrhea on the floor, someone threw paper towels on it, been there for a month now. Yeah, I stepped in that. The roof leaks until at least 8 or 9 units, their idea of a fix is throw a pile of sand down to absorb it. Can't upload video, too bad, pictures don't do this justice. Don't rent here, it's so nasty. ... Read more

Not only were the doors locked before 9 pm but the signage at the front of the establishment had the closing hours conveniently removed. We also found a broken window of a facility claimed to be both climate controlled and secure. ... Read more

The units themselves are great and the access is convenient, but beware. The rates will double after your first three months. When asked how they could do that, they advised that was a marketing strategy. ... Read more

Not sure if I’m just slow or what. I paid for the unit, but couldn’t find it. It doesn’t seem like you can drive up to the units either. Not sure how people with heavy things would even move in. It’s cheap, yes, but I canceled and got a refund when I saw that. Only one way in?? ... Read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont be fooled by the low rates they advertise. We have only had our unit for 3 months...maybe 4? And just received notice that our monthly rental rate has gone up by %100. That's $25/Mo to $50/mo in less than 6 months? I have no tolerance for grifters. I'll pay that rate at a nicer place that doesn't have bugs. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
