June, I got a storage unit. The same day my access code didn't work. I was told by one of the ladies in the office they would have this issue fixed and contact me to let me know. Well I didn't get contacted and as I was continuing to pack to have my things stored in my unit it was 6PM. I went to the facility to store my belongings and access code still didn't work. It was a sign on the office that said to try and use another code which also didn't work. The app didn't work, I called multiple times the different numbers listed, left several messages and still nothing! After all of their negligence and lack of communication with me they only offered a $50 credit!! It cost me $100 to get help moving which I lost due to not having access alone, plus gas, and I had to miss a day of starting a new job in another state since I had to now move everything by myself which took another day. ... Bill was a huge help. I’ve used several storage facilities across Minnesota and other states, and the service here stood out because of him. Bill handles security around the property, which gives me a lot more confidence storing my things here. You can tell he takes the job seriously and actually cares about the customers and the facility. Great experience overall. ... Read more

The only reason I’ve given it a 5 stars is because they’re The workers there are really friendly and helpful. I just wish the price will be down more and affordable like 60 bucks a month not $200 but I’m paying. ... Read more

We arrived to the place. I used my phone storage app to open the gate, we went through the app worked. I had my storage unit # ,it was locked & looked, opened unit door and got out what we needed and closed door to the unit up. Locked it up again and made sure it was locked up right & tight. Then are Truck looked good. We left, gate opened well with app . We both got out, off and on our way. Thanks again for everything. I like it so far,, (Have a good day) Miss Rebecca McGrane. ... This place is trying to charge us close to $300 for a couple of items we abandoned in our unit due to not having space. It does not state anywhere in the rental agreement that abandoned items will be charged. It only says they will be disposed of at their option. Period. No extra "fees" associated. And now they are trying to take $300 from us when the unit we were renting was a fourth of that price ?? make it make sense ?? BBB will be in touch. Beware.. do NOT rent a space from them unless you want to be jacked out of money for no reason. ... Read more

My husband and I have rented a unit since 2023. The rent has gone up which makes sense, I get it, but I do not understand why we are paying so much more now, then we would if we were new customers. $141 per month makes no sense when either of us can rent a new unit from the same site for way cheaper for the next year. Who wants to do that? It's a hassle to pack up and move to another unit. One would think customers that have been there already for a couple years should be given breaks like a new customer would get. I am going to see if there are cheaper units in the area. I like this location but the increase this year makes me rethink staying. Guess time will tell ... Read more

Only negative was that every time I would go to pick up or drop off an alarm was going off inside the building. I was told that is going to be fixed. Starting and ending service was simple. Clean, well lit and easy access. Everything I would want from a storage unit. ... Read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. Your rates will double. I started at $138/month, and then it went up to $151, then $183, then $213, and then they wanted to raise it again. The bigger kicker is someone BROKE IN to my unit, stole several thousands of dollars of items, and Public Storage has done nothing about it. When I asked if they had time to review the cameras the next day, the employee said she hadn't had time yet (while she was sweeping the floors). So just know the floors take priority over your belongings. Also, I found out after the fact that most of the cameras are fake. So don't be lured into thinking your stuff is secure- you pay a premium for what you are led to believe are security features, when in reality, they don't care. District Manager Ben won't even answer his phone or return your calls when you try to get in touch with him. I have never seen a business care as little about their customers as these people. Don't trust them, don't rent there, and certainly don't ask for help if a problem arises. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
