This location is very well run. I have tried to use the one on the other side of 494 and they were nothing but trouble. The first year the entrance codes didn't work. They did get me in, but made me late. The second year, again the entrance codes did not work. When I went to pick up my car, I had to sneak in behind another customer. Get my car and sneak out behind another customer. The third time I tried using them I called, to make sure they would be able to let me in. They assured me they would meet me at 2 p.m. No one was there. I called every half an hour until 5 p.m. There was no response. I was forced to use a different parking provider that costs me more money. This location was awesome. The got me signed in, the codes to get in worked the first time, and I didn't have to meet with them to get in at all. Everything was super easy. I was setting up my solar panel to charge the battery on my car when I am gone, and in my rush to get to my hotel I left my keys on the seat of my car. I had left already by the time I realized what I had done and called them from Mexico. Dean was super nice and went to my car, locked it, and put the keys in the office. I will see, about how I need to get my keys back, but so far, the location has worked super well for me. ... Read more

Quite an operation. Nothing wrong with the facility or the employees but read the contract. This is a policy of the company. Once your belongings are held captive in their storage unit they WILL raise the price on you with a 30 day notice. In my case the rent was almost doubled. This can and usually will happen after one month as they state it is a month to month contract. ... Read more

Lock broke. Key broke inside and they charge you $20 for the cylinder locks. They won't replace them either. You see dead mice and staff just states we have a problem with that. Like oh well we don't care! Ya they don't! Codes are long and you can't change them. It's only good if you have the mobile app to get in and out of the gates fast. You have to be out of the fencing by 10pm. Units are not lit inside of your personal unit, only the dim lighted walk ways. It's over priced, try Acorns storage -way better ... Read more

I have been renting this place since about June of last year and at first you know a storage unit Is for a sudden move you just put your stuff in and it’s something quick and painless. But for others like myself, it’s a place where we put antiques things that we are going to be holding onto for a long time keep sakes so we want our treasures being taking care of And Eve Is definitely someone who’s given a personal touch To a business that rarely sees it . She treats this place as her home She’s always around And tentative to every customer who comes in making sure the gate codes working that there’s no trash lying about and that everybody is in a good mood. She always greet you with a smile and she is someone who has kept me here. I live in Minneapolis so there are A few places closer to home but because of how well she does, I have decided to stay here. I came across the QR code and had to leave something special for someone who does so much ! ?????? Sincerely, Jonathan Halvorson-Frissell ... Read more

We have been renting storage space here for 6 years and now starting to empty our unit and finding large amounts of MICE DROPPINGS. The lights are operated by motion sensors. Our unit is half way down the hall, after 5 minutes of looking for something the lights turn off, then it takes someone to walk all the way down the hall to get the lights back on. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
