My first experience with Public Storage wasn’t the greatest. I asked to see the units by appointment. I got to the one located on 36th and Nevada in Crystal. There were people waiting and the manager was nowhere to be found. He had his phone charging on the desk inside, so he was there, and that wasn’t a good sign. It signaled that he intended not to be reached. A lady comes from a connected apartment and says she’s on medical leave, so she’s not working as manager, but that the man on duty “was a moron”. I got a call asking me why I didn’t reserve the unit. I said I didn’t come to reserve , but to look at it. She proceeded to apologize for my experience and said I should come to the Washington location where ‘they’re always around’. I ordered and held a unit and it was easy as pie to do. And today I had to do a transfer and it also was easy as pie. The best part was: when I called and Schwa answered, he said he was leaving soon, but he waited and assisted me (very patiently I might add) when I came in. Also, I have to mention, the way to get in and out of the facility, and to get in and out of your unit is really easy. They have an app that simplifies some of these processes as well. I’ve never had to use storage, but my experience by first impression is that I don’t have to look any further than Public Storage on Washington and 17th Ave N in Minneapolis.

Alan has a Great customer service. Storage was always clean, and accessibility was easy. No faulty equipments. Easy to go into the building, and out.

I was looking for public storage for the first time, had no I know experience of a public storage and didn't know what to expect. I came across store 8124 in Brooklyn Park and I decided to call that number, oh my God if I tell you the customer service was amazing, it was. The phone conversation was appealing and impressive, I spoke with Jenny and she was very nice, she give me all the information I needed and even make time to show me storage space. I came today in person at the store 8124, and met Katie, her smile was welcoming and such a gentle voice. Then came Jenny who took me around and give me even more information. Both of them were amazing. excellent customer service, they told me all I needed to know and what to expect. I was also able to lock in a special promotion deal, I'm excited. Thank you Jenny and Katie for the accident customer service, your went beyond and above to make sure I was satisfied, keep up the good work ????.
