This place is ran down and the owners don't care about the property. There is a lot of crime and break ins here. If your unit hasn't been robbed yet it's just a matter of time before the robbers get to your unit. I'm pretty sure there isn't a maintenance person or anyone who cleans the place or keeps up on the upkeep which is sad. This used to be a nice storage place... not anymore... ... Read more

This facility is not secure, our unit has been broken into 2 times and the owners are doing nothing about it. They told us file an insurance claim and replace our stuff. The gates are constantly "stuck open" allowing anyone to wonder inside and climb thru open units to go through your stuff and take what they want. The mngmnt will not return phone calls when needed to secure video footage. very poorly run and no customer service whatsoever. ... Read more

I rate a ZERO. Do not rent from this company! We rented “climate controlled “ to ensure our things would be safe over the summer. When we returned in August I knew something was wrong when we opened the door to the building because it was hot and muggy. We opened the door to our storage unit and found water damage and mold everywhere!! Most of our stuff was ruined including a mattress, comforter, pillows, bookcases, posters, pictures, ottoman, shoes, clothes, and other priceless items that can’t be replaced. The window frame was warped and covered in bugs. There was a small hole in the wall and mouse droppings scattered around. This is a dirty facility. We have sent in pictures and filed a claim. We still haven’t seen any refunds. They didn’t want to given us a refund for the rent and haven’t paid anything for our losses. They won’t answer, return calls, or communicate with us. This is beyond frustrating! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! ... Read more

Paid $157 dollars, signed the rental agreement, and they have already violated the rental agreement by not allowing me to move in on the date on the rental agreement. They have a lock on my storage shed and the access code they gave me doesn't unlock it. Don't waste your time with this place. ... Read more

***WARNING – DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE WITHOUT READING THIS. If I could give a negative number or 0 for their review, I would. We rented a climate controlled unit for my daughter’s belongings for the summer. For climate controlled, you have to call the main number and set up a time to enter your unit (even during regular business hours). We called the day before we were moving her out of the dorm and told them when we would need to come by a certain time window. They were unable to contact the local person who is supposed to unlock the climate controlled building, so we were unable to access the unit and missed our flight. The “main number” you call could not possibly care less about your inability to access your unit that we were already paying for. Upon our return to Columbia last week, we again had to call to access the unit (and this is during the posted operating hours for the facility). When we got to the climate controlled building it was clear that the air conditioning was not operational as it was far warmer inside the climate controlled building than it was outside. When we got our actual unit opened, it was clear that our unit had been flooded sometime over the summer and that the AC unit had not been working for quite a while as mold covered all of my daughter’s belongings and black mold had grown up the sides of the walls, covered the floors (which you can’t really see in the pictures because the carpet is dark gray and so is the mold) and parts of the ceiling and had major condensation and water damage on the windows and window sills. We attempted to contact the main number and their only response was to file a claim. We had to throw away almost all of her “soft goods” as they were covered in black mold spores, the smell was sickening. The water had seeped up into all of her storage bags, so everythign was soaking wet and mold and mildewy. The entire unit was filled with crickets, spiders, and various other bugs. It was truly disgusting! We are filing a claim and we will also be asking for our rent back as we specifically signed a lease for a climate controlled unit and that is what we did not receive. Outside of them to have likely been stolen, her belongings would have been in better condition if we had just left them sitting outside her dorm for the summer. These pictures do not actually do it justice. ... Read more

AVOID unless you want all of your belongings stolen. We had two attempts by a would be theif to get into our unit and the management of this facility does not care. They recently sold to a company located out of state. You are not allowed to speak to the local person responsible for this location (if there even is somebody). After our lock was almost cut through it took close to two weeks to get a new one. When a theif came through the side wall of our unit they wouldn't even get back with the police to review the surveillance. After our unit was broken into we noticed several others had their lock grinded away. The facility is being regularly visited by somebody breaking into the units. It is amazing how negligent this company is when it comes to providing a secure location. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
