Read some helpful reviews of Eleven-Eleven Mini Storage at 1111 West 4th Street, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Pretty sure.My unit was broken into. I paid to be able to have access to my being's.Until midnight and the last 2 nights I've went before 11 o'clock.A m was unable to get in the gate. What's the point of paying THE FEE FOR A UNIT AND THE ABILITY TO ACCESS IT UNTIL MIDNIGHT IF YOU CAN'T EVEN GET IN. I have 2 jobs that I work during the day. And I don't have time or the energy, especially with the heat advisory, to come during the daytime to move my things so the fact that I can't come after dark and even have access to my things because whoever is working once to walk the gate early is absolutely ridiculous. I don't pay to rent a storage. When I can't even access it period it's very frustrating.I plan on calling tomorrow and asking why I haven't been able to get into my storage unit before 11 o'clock.Or even before midnight when the gate is supposed to close. Its ridiculous really ... Read more

I had this storage unit when it was run by Gary Batson. During that time, I loved renting from here. Gary did midnight checks, and Gary genuinely cared about the storage units and other people's property. Then, it was taken over by Kaleb Marti, and it all went downhill from there. Kaleb was very unprofessional and very disrespectful during my stay here when he took over. My unit had my deceased father's belongings in it, which was very important to me to keep SAFE! My unit started leaking water, I called the office area and got no reply, so I messaged Kaleb on Facebook. After seeing him posting and ignoring me purposely, I commented on his timeline and told him I sent him a message. His reply was, "Call the office!" And then I was blocked! Once I made a post explaining the condition of my unit and the behavior of Kaleb Marti, I was kicked out and told to find a different unit as soon as possible WITHOUT MEANINGFUL TRUE REASON. His "reason" was because I offended him by posting the truth about what he did. I'd also like to mention my unit here at 1111 mini, kept getting broken into. There was absolutely nothing done about it either. It had been broken into a total of two times! Things were stolen, and NOTHING was done about it. When I asked Kaleb if my stuff was safe in his units, he wouldn't say it was. He is just highly unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend using this storage facility!!! ... Read more

For starters the man who I think runs the facility is rude and very unpleasant to talk with. My unit got robbed and they refuse to call me back or answer any of my questions. That makes me believe it was an inside job since you have to use code to get in and cameras as by the fence. The think they are a bunch of crooks. ... Read more

Just moved out of my storage today. Found a dead mouse, and 2 pieces of my furniture had water damage A maple book self has 1 inch water level damage, my antique vanity has water damage to the point of the wood peeling off. My mahogony sideboard that my grandmother bought in 1938 is water and mold damaged. Reported to the manager and was told that I signed a release of liability. The roof leaks and the damage was from faulty maintenance on the roof. That I did not pay monthly payments on. I was paying for a protected place to store my belongings. Low and behold my property would have been better protected on my Mom's screened in porch. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I also pay my storage on the 17th of each month. I was also told that I will not be refunded my other 3 weeks of storage paid for and not used. I would post photos but this site won't let me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Eleven-Eleven Mini Storage - 1111 West 4th Street has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
