Get rid of your lousy A. I. phone receptionist. It is worthless and extremely frustrating. Impossible to get a human on the phone and get answers to your questions. The ONLY positive feedback I can give is about my local site representative, Jessica. She is awesome and the only reason I’m still renting from you. ... Read more

When I first rented a spot you could call and speak to someone in America. You could actually get something done. Now you get someone from assume India and mostly cannot understand them as their English is so broken. When I finally reached them by email and got someone to speak to me I told them when I’m doing business with another American business I expect to be able to clearly and efficiently communicate with them. They gave me the 2024 liberal speech about how proud they are to employ people from another country. Ridiculous. Now I have removed my belongings from this joint I cannot get anyone to return my calls to cancel my lease and refund my money for this month I won’t be using. Got one girl and all I could hear was music in the background and couldn’t make her out. When I told her that was unacceptable she hung up. This place has gone completely down the toilet in my opinion. I will never do business with these people again unless it is purchased by a local owner and you can actually speak to them. ... Do not rent a storage unit here! Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life! We’ve had a major issue going on with our unit for a month now! They have done nothing and won’t let us fix it either. They have an answering service that takes the calls but no one gets back with you for over a week. Then when they do you have to wait for the manager to call you and that takes over another week too! This is for emergency situations! Still, nothing resolved! Your things are not safe here. Go somewhere else and if you have stuff here, move it elsewhere before you have issues too! Horrible, horrible, management. ... Read more

Love the location and convenience of Paradise Storage. My parents, brother and myself each have a unit for our boats/campers. The place is super clean and well-lit. We have a great time here before/after Smithville Lake. ... Read more

I have a 43 foot 5th Wheel and have experience with a number of storage facilities north of the river. Cara Massie runs this facility and I can't say enough nice things about both her and her facility. She has a wonderful personality and you can tell she truly values her customers. If you're having a bad day, dealing with Cara will improve your day! Her positive personality is infectious. The facility there is very large. There's indoor storage and outdoor storage. The outdoor storage area is expansive, the units are well marked, and it has gravel for ground cover, but the gravel is very large gravel so there's no grit or grime...it all washes through the large gravel when it rains...you drive on rock base. It supports the load of the vehicles very nicely. There's lots of open space, it's easy to get in and out of, and there couldn't be a nicer person to get you signed up and maintain your storage relationship with. I have relocated to a closer storage facility that can accommodate my large RV, but I genuinely wish it was more convenient for me personally to use their facility and continue to work with Cara. I highly recommend Cara and her facility, you won't be disappointed. Based on my experience, the pricing is very reasonable too. Outstanding facility. Outstanding customer service. ... Read more
