I went to help a friend get somethings from her storage. She has been a customer at that location since 2009. Pac n sak just took over. They aren't as personable as the previous owner. She's not sure if she'll be keeping the unit or not. ... Read more

My name is Doug, I am the manager at Springfield Storage. My wife and I have been managing it for 8 years. The negative comments saying that we steal your stuff? Not true. We are both currently finishing college online and will be missionaries in Africa in a few short years. We do not have time to steal peoples stuff! Like all storage businesses there is always a risk of units broken into. ... Read more

I rented from this lady twice the first time was fine. The second time I rented from her was on a short notice and I had to move almost all of my belongings into the storage and move out of state to get my son and I are away from the domestic violence situation with his father. The following month I fell a little late on my payment to be exact about a week and I called her almost every day if not every day touching bases with her and letting her know that I'm still getting my storage and I would pay whatever late charges necessary, in order to retrieve my belongings. She never gave me a problem whatsoever she always said okay sounds good thank you. I called her the day before and as well as the day I was coming into town to get my belongings, and she never once mentioned to me that my storage have been broken into or that any storage buildings out on the premises have been broken into. I went up to the front office as soon as I arrived paid my fees in order to retrieve my belongings I let her know that day I was getting all of my belongings out and I would have her lock and key back to her on my way out, at that point in time I had no idea that my storage had been broken into, it took me going all the way up to my storage getting out of the vehicle and seeing a security lock on there that she placed because my walk was supposedly cut and all of my things had been scattered everywhere and clearly someone had plenty of time to go through every single box I had and pick and choose what exactly they wanted which were almost all of my Halloween decorations and almost all of my Christmas decorations, and I'm sure, many sorts of other items that have gone unnoticed till days later. She could not tell me what time or day my storage building was broken into, all she said was oops I meant to tell you, your storage building was broken into and items may have been stolen. She then said over a TWO WEEK PERIOD MANY STORAGE BUILDINGS WERE BROKEN INTO. She has a camera system, I was right by the pawn shop and they even have camras. Not to mention the fence she said they came through is in back yard of the Parole and Probation office which I am sure has camras.!! How did individuals break into tons of storage buildings over a two week period and not get caught at all or shown on camera at all??? And she didn't care enough to go back and watch camras and get a date for the customers to report their , in some cases such as mine, the ONLY belongings they have to their name?? It's sketchy if you ask me and I truly think she has a little more to do with it than she is putting out there... How many others storage buildings were broken into and given the run around ?????? ... Read more

They are crooks! We went to a storage unit auction there and we bought 6 units ($410) and when we came back to gather things they had been went through and things taken out, our locks were still locked and intact when we went back So either they have a universal key or had picked the lock somehow and when we confronted the "property manager that lives there" she claims she hasn't seen anything but they supposedly have cameras. But a grocery cart that was in one of our units was actually sitting at their backdoor. We have been there numerous times and always seen the property manager digging in random units. If you don't want your things stolen do not store your property at these units! Also in the bigger units there is openings at the top of every unit so people and crawl from unit to unit to steal things also......STAY AWAY! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Pack-N-Stack Mini Storage - 2466 North Bolivar Road has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Pack-N-Stack Mini Storage - 2466 North Bolivar Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Pack-N-Stack Mini Storage - 2466 North Bolivar Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $30 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $165 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
