I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the level of service I received from Dani at Public Storage truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, Dani was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Moving and storage situations can be overwhelming, but Dani handled everything with confidence and patience that immediately put me at ease. Dani represents Public Storage at the highest level. Her professionalism, communication skills, and customer-first mindset are exactly what leadership looks like. If anyone deserves recognition or a promotion, it’s her. Employees like Dani are the reason customers return and recommend businesses to others. Public Storage is fortunate to have her on their team. — A very satisfied customer ... Read more

Dani was soooo friendly and nice with my initial visit to my storage…I would’ve gave 5 but I put 4 because there seemed to be a misunderstanding with some equipment used that made me quite uncomfortable with another worker.. but the friendliness, politeness, and quickness with how Dani showed me my unit and how to get things going was unmatched.. keep up the good work ... Once again I was informed that someone would be at this location to take my payment but nobody was in the building because I had knocked on the door numerous times, I waited for a couple of minutes still no response so something told me to walk around to look for someone which I did and they were cleaning out some storage units. My point is that I shouldn't have to look for someone to make a payment especially if I'm being told that someone will be in the office. ... Read more

Absolutely worst storage place I’ve ever experienced! Had constant issues with their app and getting into the facility. They upped our rent a total of six times in a year it started as 100 a month and it went over 300, and that’s when we decided to leave! We left before the month was up and I have a recording of them saying that we’re done and that we owe nothing and they still tried to send us to collections for the next month even though we were 100% out of there and the key was returned. None of the storage units were not in great shape either and there was no good customer service. I also believe they are deleting comments because when I first started renting there, they were rated worse. I recommend nobody go here! ... Read more

Id give them 0 stars if i could. I had one of the units inside. There are 20-40 other units. I had no problems until it was move in day and all of a sudden there’s a huge padlock on the outside door. Locking everyone out there unit. No warning no key. Just locked me out my unit. Nobody answered the calls. I left voicemails. Nothing. ... Read more

Constantly raising prices every few months, not worth it. Also giant gaps in the storage units just means other tenants will throw trash into yours before moving out. Only reason I'm staying with them is essentially now being trapped with them due to the amount of things I have to store with them. Scummy practices, go with any other business when it comes to storage. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
