No ramp, garage doors don't work, not wheel chair friendly, sad, this building has a big enough room to have a ramp so you can walk your stuff up but it doesn't. I don't recommend using this place and I will never use it again. On top of that when I got there I had to go to the office several times to get the actual lock number for the lock, and the first day I tried to drop off was on a weekend so the office wasn't open so I had to wait. ... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Firstly, if you don’t want your stuff stolen don’t rent here. My unit wasn’t broken into but more than one was this week (photos below). Aside from that, they have 3 doors, 2 of which are big enough for moving trucks to back into but those 2 doors are never working. So if you plan on using a moving truck you’ll be moving everything in from the street and up a set of stairs in the garage instead of right off your truck into the facility. I’ve been coming here for 6 months and those 2 doors have been malfunctioning 3 times and for multiple weeks each time before it was fixed. They also never have enough moving carts to load your things onto and the cherry on top is they have a sewer opening directly in front of the doors you move everything into (photo below) so you have to smell sewage every time you come in and out. Avoid this place like the plague, it will be worth it to find one a little further away that isn’t a heap of garbage like this one. ... Read more

The owner was very welcoming and informative, he had shown us the unit sizes and prices along with promo pricing . He also explained the different security features and went over the instructions, hours of operations and equipment used to help move our items into the storage unit. The customer service and patience was a 10 out of 10!!! ... Read more

Tina & Adam from Store Space really saved my butt the other day! I had already decided on Store Space because of its location, but I’m a bit picky sometimes & wanted to view the storage unit I’d be renting before signing anything. I was having an extra hectic & stressful moving day & my U-Haul rental return time was fast-approaching when I arrived at Store Space to rent a unit & unload the U-Haul. When I got to the office the doors were locked! A posted sign said the manager was away & had a phone # to call, so I quickly called it in a panic because I had no time to spare. Just a couple rings into the call an employee (Adam) opened the locked door & let me in. What a relief! I told him I was def. getting a unit today, but wanted to see it first if possible. Adam showed me a few in the size I wanted, but I was being a bit choosy which he was very nice about. My unit that Adam found for me I actually really like. Downstairs Tina assisted me w/ setting up my account there. I told her my day was running behind & she made everything super fast & easy. I was absolutely exhausted from moving for the past few days & my stressed out & sleep deprived brain wasn’t functioning quick enough for the hurry I was in. Tina scooped up my ID & debit card from the desk & typed all the info needed into the computer at super speed, I was given a lock for my unit, & was ready to unload. I thanked Tina & Adam for being awesome… & THEN I found out the office had actually been closed the whole time I had been there! I got the office hours wrong & that’s why the door was locked when I arrived! ?? I felt so bad that I unknowingly made them stay later, but I was def. impressed that they let me in & were still helpful & nice. I’ve only had my things stored at Store Space for a couple of days now, but so far it’s for sure been a 5 star experience & I’m very happy I didn’t have to pay to extend my U-Haul rental (again!) Thank you Adam & Tina! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
