Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished, heartfelt review that really highlights Tami and the location: ????? 100/10 Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tami and this Public Storage location! I originally rented a unit here nearly five years ago, and to come back and see that she’s still here speaks volumes. That kind of longevity says everything about her dedication, work ethic, and the exceptional customer service she provides. Tami went above and beyond to help me transfer to another unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and never makes you feel rushed. What impressed me the most is that she genuinely looks for ways to help her customers instead of trying to upsell or overcharge them. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just making a sale. Finding someone who is kind, honest, knowledgeable, and consistently willing to go the extra mile is rare these days. Because of Tami, I continue to choose this location and wouldn’t want to store my belongings anywhere else. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the customer service that truly sets this place apart. Tami is an incredible asset to Public Storage, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. If I could give this location 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would! Thank you, Tami, for your years of outstanding service and for always treating your customers with kindness, respect, and professionalism. You are the reason I keep coming back! ... Read more

My mom has been a customer with public storage for some years now and recently needed to transfer from a larger to a smaller unit...I must say Karey was extremely helpful with this transition! My mom accidentally locked her car keys in the new unit and I was about to call a locksmith but Karey explained PS has a locksmith that could pop the lock and he fully explained the process since it happen on a Sunday ..He explained uncertain billing questions and whatever he didn't understand he confirmed with his manager...I also notice he does a good job with keeping the building/floors clean AND ensuring carts are available to customers! It's stressful enough getting her belongings transferred so we truly appreciate his exceptional customer service and work ethics...Keep up the good work young man. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
