PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY!!! If I could give negative stars I ABSOLUTELY would. Let me start by saying they gave me a unit that had EXCESSIVE damage. After the first month the majority of my things had extensive water damage. When removing my things to relocate I realized my unit had been rat infested. My belongings were covered in rat feces and stain with rat pee! MY CHILDS FIRST BLANKET, NEWBORN BOOK AND OTHER PRICELESS ITEMS had been rampaged by rats. There were so many bugs and other critters all over my things, too. Not to mention, there was someone living on the opposite side of my unit. As well as in other units. It’s not well kept AT ALL. I would NOT recommend. The dark photo shows their “tenant” with their unit lit after dark. They’re are multiple people living in these units. STAY AWAY! ***Edited to add… It’s now a few weeks later and I’ve had time to truly see the impact of leaving my things at this facility. Although my bedding was covered, the rats ate right through it. They also chewed my solid oak bed frame, and left an immense amount of rat droppings inside of my bed spring (pictured below). Mind you, the picture is after transport to Texas and what was remaining after being moved to two separate destinations. Each time having to clean rat droppings! I’ve now had my furniture cleaned TWICE ($370) at my own expense and probably could use a third round of cleaning. Not to mention, I’ve had a respiratory infection that not even medicine has gotten rid of since removing my items from this storage. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I don’t know how they’re still open! ... Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Gate is being fixed currently so some eccentric wanderers were on property near us much of my move-in yesterday, but staff assured me it is being taken care of. I assume it’s a coincidence that gate was broken my first day, and that none of this will be an issue again. I will update later with hopefully good news, that all was handled and everything going as well as expected! ?? ... Read more

The staff were SUPER helpful and very understanding when it came time for me to move my ENTIRE house into a unit due to a military move. They were able to assist me in even getting an additional unit right there on the spot! Shout out to Ms. Holly and Ms. Marie for all of your help! ... Read more

Folks the people that run this facility are great they'll bend over backwards to help you out in any way that they can but the facility itself is just showing its age . just be aware that if you store things here yes the cameras will catch everything , enno traffic can enter the yard after 12:00 midnight, and they are fair with the rental agreements but unless both gates are locked you just don't have that promise of security so until the management of the facility and not the people that are working there actually get this facility fixed I think you should be a little bit wary of putting your stuff there. ... DO! NOT! GO! HERE! …unless you are okay with your items probably being stolen. I had a very disappointing experience at this storage facility. The latch on my unit was damaged, and although I reported it to management, it took several days for them to add an additional lock. Unfortunately, by that time, my unit had already been broken into, and many of my belongings were stolen. I later discovered that one of the two security gates is permanently left open, which was not disclosed when I signed up. Additionally, there are no security cameras monitoring my row. When I contacted the facility after the break-in to request a refund for the last month, I spoke with Holly, who was unkind and unhelpful. She refused my request, citing that too much time had passed since the auto payment (not even 3 weeks), and dismissed my concerns, stating that it wasn’t their responsibility. The lack of security, transparency, and empathy from management has left me extremely dissatisfied. In just over a month, I lost thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the same experience!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that CubeSmart Self Storage - 1744 Pass Road has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by CubeSmart Self Storage - 1744 Pass Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 20 to 625 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by CubeSmart Self Storage - 1744 Pass Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $13 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $428 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
