UPDATE: This place has gotten worse. They've changed websites, and getting logged in or trying to reset your password must take a magician because nothing is working. And the kiosk? HA! It was an absolute waste of gas (which is now $3.69G....) to drive over there only to find out - the flippin thing DOESN'T EVEN WORK! Looks like they'll be getting a check in the mail, and if they hit us with a late fee - it won't be pleasant. Oh, they're still not sending invoices via email even though we were told we'd be receiving them... What a friggin joke. This place is horrendous to deal with. The sooner we can get our stuff out, the better. They've blamed the lack of invoices on USPS, but they've got our email on file - absolutely no excuse for not sending us one. And you'd have better luck getting in touch with the president than getting in touch with these people. I've had to contact them several times, and it takes getting increasingly ruder to get any kind of response. Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere to store you items. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.
