Speaking with Sophia was truly a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable, and made my experience with Ko Storage a memory. She helped me to cancel my prior scheduled move out of my unit, gave me the phone number to your insurance company due to damage of my family pictures and photo albums. She sympathized with me for my losses. You have a great employee in Sophia ... Read more

I get business hours are 6 to 9pm but there's absolutely no reason you should lock the gate from the inside before 9pm. Happened to me on more than one occasion now and it's becoming really aggravating when they blame it on me being there after 9. No. Don't lock me in at 8:58 that's a you problem. ... Read more

I have had a great experience with KO Storage. My neighbor unit accidently cut my lock off and the management notified me and secured my unit perfectly. I also need to switch from a 10 x 20 unit to a 10 x10 unit. The transfer between the two units has been smooth. ... Read more

Everyone that I have had a conversation with was courteous, pleasant speaking voice, very professional, and quick to change my unit number for me whenever I had got there and seen there was a problem with the one that was issued to me. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars I believe that there needs to be someone checking and maintaining units better and also alot of good it does to give out gate codes when the exit gate is wide open anyone can drive and walk right in without a code you might want to check on that also ... I want to thank Ms. Christi Achord for her patience, kindness and professionalism in assisting me with my recent rental. She gave me a tour (at my convenience, even though we had to deal with intermittent showers) answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I was so impressed, I immediately completed the rental paperwork. Thank you KO Storage for placing such a competent employee in my area. Should I encounter any issues in the future, I feel confident that Ms. Christi will be on top of resolving them! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that KO Storage - 10539 Gorenflo Road has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by KO Storage - 10539 Gorenflo Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 50 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by KO Storage - 10539 Gorenflo Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $35 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $146 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
