I can’t remember the managers name who helped me and my mother on 1/17/26, but she was amazing. It was my first time using a storage service and she was patient, answered our questions, was personable, and gave us VALUABLE information. The process was fairly smooth as well. Thank you so much for helping us! PAY UP ON THE 1st, y’all! ... Read more

Started at $31 a month a little less than 2 years ago. Cancelling at $97!! Price kept going up and up regularly. Then we go last week and everything is FILTHY!! Covered in a black soot like substance, spiders everywhere, dead bugs and rodent feces. Took hours to wipe everything down and sanitize as not to spread anything. Disgusting. I tried calling numerous times and went by twice to talk to someone to no avail. Moving our things elsewhere. I could have left everything outside for how it came out of that unit. I wish I could upload the video. Unacceptable. ... Read more

When I tell you Darby at this location is the greatest! I was having so much difficulty getting in and out of my unit because the lock on it didn't seem to fit or work. And she came out and fought with that lock and did everything in her power to make sure that my unit is secure! The only other issue that I had with my unit, is that of the ants! So, an exterminator or someone really needs to get out to that site and take care of the insects! ... Read more

Ahe went over several units with me made sure I understood the pricing and ins fee as well as the admin fee so there will be no surprises when I go to complete my rental. She was very patient and didn't make me feel like a burden! Definitely will be visiting the facility to rent once I'm ready ... Read more

Worst place ever to rent from. While I was in another state working as a traveling hospice nurse I was in a horrific car accident and was hospitalized for 3 months. Now they couldn't get in contact with me after 2 months they sold all of my belongings and I have nothing. Contacted a lawyer as soon as I got out of the hospital ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
