Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4025 East WT Harris Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Do not move your items here unless you want critters found in your unit full of closed boxes!. After informing management of the bent frame of my door, I found a dead tiny rat inside the door of my unit. They came and removed it and stated the exterminator will come to further spray and insect my unit. It is now 3 weeks and nobody has even reach out with an update! I repeated kept calling for an update to only be told I don’t know. This location clearly does not value customer loyalty, or has a retention plan. Terrible customer service for critical issues as such. ... Read more

On Thursday I stood there from 1:20 to 3:30 and there was no one there. The office was closed and the phone wasn't answered. I tried calling until 6 pm but it was no use. I don't understand what kind of workers they are and what they get paid for - you'll lose all your customers like that. During my time there, 7 more cars arrived and they also couldn't get into the office to talk to an employee. They spat and left. One of them said that it's always like that here - the employees are out somewhere and are always absent from their workplaces. ... Read more

My experience at this location has been absolutely terrible. On March 8th I spoke with an employee and informed them that I no longer needed the storage unit. She told me that it took time for a refund to be approved and she would give me a call back once it was approved. She called me back on March 8th approximately 10 minutes after our initial call and informed me that the refund was approved. I would be charged approximately $18 because I was suppose to move in March 7( never picked up keys) and approx 120 would be refunded to me. I never received a refund so I contacted this location for an update but only got a voicemail. I finally was able to speak with the manager Crystal and she was less than helpful! I explained the situation and her response was the district manager said no based on the contract that was signed. I explained to her the employee informed me that the refund was approved so what happened? I have asked for a district manager to reach out to me and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing. Now I’m out of money and a storage all because their employee told me something that they’re now not wanting to acknowledge. Now I’m out of money and a storage! I would’ve kept the storage and figured out SOMETHING to put there instead of wasting my money. Public Storage does not have to worry about me ever renting there again. If you decide to rent there .. you better record your calls! UPDATE: I still have not heard anything and decided to call for an update. I was told per the notes that the district manager has refused to call me because I have already been advised. For a company I think that is so unprofessional for a manger to refuse to call and try to make a problem right. As a company, you need to train your employees correctly and these types of issues wouldn’t happen. I feel like I’m not going to let this go because of how I am being handled. So, if I have to figure out how to go above the district managers head that is what I’m going to do for the principal of it all. Your employee told me one thing and as a company you should acknowledge that to me and on the back end train your employee correctly. SMH ... Read more

Update: 3/29/25 I have been trying for 3 days to get access to my unit to take pictures of the damaged property(since the representative at the property lied about handling it) The property has put locks on my unit and failed to give me the keys! No one has been on site (I now understand how so many units were burglarized) and no one has returned my call! 3/27/25 DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!! My storage unit was burglarized and there has been NO communication from management, no phone call, no apology, no explanation on how facility that is supposed to be secure could have MULTIPLE units burglarized. I went to check my unit with a worker and she took pictures that were supposed to be uploaded to my account, only to be told by Crystal the next day "We don't take pictures" as if I imagined the encounter(Thank God I have audio recording of my encounter). Mind you, I was told the district manager Angie was supposed to be reviewing security footage and would give me a call (That has not happened). Not to mention they have the audacity to send an email that there will be a rate increase! If the security of your belongings matter THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO USE! ... Read more

I needed a quick storage space and was able to use “Public Storage”. I went in the first time and met a lady named Karen and discussed about units. Karen is very knowledgeable about renting spaces for size. I was back and forth trying to figure and also met there an office worker named Margie and she helped me to select which storage unit that would be easier for me to access since I am limited for walking. What a great help Margie was and still is as I had to extend my storage time. It’s nice dealing with a smiling person and not an autobot! Thank You Margie and Karen I will recommend your location to others! Kudos to two very out going personalities that are helpful and appreciated! Emma ???? ... Read more

These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 4025 East WT Harris Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 9 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 4025 East WT Harris Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $51 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $445 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
