The only reason this place received 1 star is because it wouldn’t allow me to proceed without. My boyfriend is on life support and I was trying to pay the bill and get his belongings out. I’ve spoken to 3 people whose first language is NOT English and all three refused to allow me to speak with a manager about my issue. One of them, “Ralph R.”, even hung up on me as I was speaking! They claim that there’s a general statute that will not allow family to pay the bill, collect the belongings, and close the account, but no one was able to provide this statute with me. They told me that “You need to look it up”. So, my advice to anyone thinking of renting from them, DON’T! Because if your family member passes away or becomes extremely sick unexpectedly, you will get no help or support from these scammers! This is a big scam! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FOREIGNERS! ... It was super easy to rent a unit, online rental process was straightforward, no waiting or having to speak with someone, no confusion as everything was explained and straightforward. Easy to find the unit once arrived, was sent lock combination in good time, they even have an app that remotely opens the gate upon arrival by just using your phone. The unit itself was very clean and the facility was easy to navigate and in a very easy to find location. Good deals too which made it very affordable. All in all best place I found and would definitely reccomend. ... Read more

There has been construction going on since October. With that being said, there is a construction fence set up around the site. That fence is completely in the way for anything larger than a medium sized vehicle. Chevy 3500, 8 ft bed pulling a 5x8 trailer, barely any room. In order to access my unit I have to back out or in because of the construction fence. A trench dug at the entrance that hasn't been covered with a plate. This makes crossing the trench uncomfortable for fear of tire damage. This location is supposed to have security cameras and a locked gate with a code. There hasn't been either since the construction began making this location far less than safe. The costs of these units are quite pricey and while removing the contents from my unit, there is signs of rodents and some of my property was damaged because of this. This location used to be owned locally. At that time it was cared for properly with security and actual people there to address concerns to. I highly recommend seeking a different location for storage if at all possible. $180 per month for a 10x20 unit with rodents damaging my property in a location that's nearly impossible to access with my truck and trailer and with no security of any kind whatsoever is quite ridiculous. ... It was bad very bad. I got a unit at the end of July then another the 4th of August I closed one unit kept the other unit I’m still being charged for both units not only that my big unit was broken into not once but twice. I will never ever use this storage place ever again. I do not recommend this place to anyone what so ever. They do not close their gate at night so anyone can go in at any time I only seen one camera which is a ring camera and that’s at the gate when you enter in. I called the cops out made a report and I have yet to be reinstated for any of my belongings. I’m thinking very hard about calling channel 9 news on this place… ... Read more

From the 1st day I started renting a spot for our 28' Travel Trailer a couple years ago, up until recently when we had to rent a 20'x10' storage for my wife's mother, Chad Corriher has been a great help. Very kind and courteous. I feel confidant using this facility, with all their security cameras, and with reasonably priced units, and a stone's throw from our house, this is the ideal location for us to rent additional storage space. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

The facility at 350 Highway152 East offers 24/7 access, allowing you to visit your unit at your convenience.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

Yes, most standard vehicles can be stored in self storage units. A 10x20 unit typically provides enough space for a car, while outdoor or designated parking areas may be available for larger vehicles.
