This is a place I loved in till they stole my equipment the cut my lock and now my equipment is gone and they think it’s ok to not have empathy for the customer it’s not the storage place it use to be because this would of never happen with the old staff from years ago. This company has not pride in what they do they way they talk as if paying customers are not the reason they are open is unacceptable the photos that they provided and my from my storage is not the way my storage unit looked when I went into this company is not right for the employees that are working there right now are not bright the employees that was working there before them are not right. ... I rented a unit way back in 2018/2019. A long, long time. Prices increased slightly, but definitely worth it. My things were in the exact same condition as when I put them there. I'm definitely glad a sprang for the indoor unit. Staff was always helpful and communicated the price increases in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend! ... Read more

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
