Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

So far the experiences has been great, and Go Store It staff was very helpful and held the unit for me for a while since I was unsure if I would need it or not. It was then very easy to book online, and I received regular email updates. Plus 1 month free never hurts! ... Read more

UPDATE: I had been assured there would be carts available for me to move from one unit to another and there were none to be found. It made the move a bit hard and inconvenient Cory was extremely helpful and professional. He walked me through the process over the phone and made the transaction seamless and easy. Subsequently, I had an Aussie with the move out process online, but they called me back and I was able to eventually submit my move out online. Great service ! ... Read more

Very disappointed with this facility. Here is the actual pricing history for my 10×10 outdoor, unheated space: Feb 2024 (move in)– $68 June 2024 – $89 (+31%) Mar 2025 – $116 (+30%) Sept 2025 – $157 (+35%) Mar 2026 – $181 (+15%) That’s a 166% increase in about two years, now equal to roughly $21.72/sf/year — and this isn’t retail or conditioned space. Meanwhile, they advertise the same unit for $69/month with the first month free for new customers, while long-term tenants pay nearly triple. There is no staff on-site, and customer support is overseas, making issues difficult to resolve. I’ve owned businesses for 30 years and would never treat customers this way. Extremely short-sighted and customer-unfriendly pricing practices. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this to help others avoid the same experience. ... Read more

I recently noticed that the rental rate for my storage unit has increased by 41%, from $139 to $196. As a business owner myself, I understand the need for price adjustments, but a sudden increase of this magnitude feels excessive and poorly managed. Passing on a 40% rental increase to customers, especially without ample justification or phased adjustments, is, in my opinion, not a sustainable or customer-focused way to run a business. This level of increase is outrageous and undermines the trust and loyalty customers like me place in your company. ... Read more

What a pleasant, easy experience renting at Go Store It Self Storage at Scott’s Hill. I was greeted by Jessica who walked me through the entire process. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
