I really don't know what all the bad reviews are. This place is absolutely wonderful. Customer service was great. The place is clean very reasonably priced I've been to some of the higher priced storage areas and I'm not a impressed with their customer service or their prices if I could give this a higher rating than five I would. They went out of their way to help me I highly recommend!! Cindy McCormick ... Read more

HORRIBLE!!! At first, it seems like a well kept and good storage facility. However, don't believe the 24 hours that are advertised on the sign and also the website because you can't access it after. What's supposed to be 10:00 p.m. if you're lucky enough to have the keypad work for you. The keypad worked for me to be able to get into the facility but getting out was a completely different story because the keypad would not allow me to exit. So I tried calling the phone number, left a message. Send an email because this was at 9:30 p.m. and I didn't hear anything back until 3 days later. Thank goodness I was not stuck inside the facility for that long! ... Read more

WARNING. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. I’ve been renting since 2019 with regular payments pulled from my account each month. My entry code was disabled and my unit has been cleaned out and there is no record of what happened to my items!!! Mary is very polite and nice trying to placate the situation but there is no excuse for lock to be cut and my unit to be entered with no notice and my unit cleared with no record of auctioning my belongings. ... This storage facility is terrible. I had 2 storage units there for the last 9 months with all the contents of our home. We finally bought a new home here after moving and go to move our stuff out only to find water has damaged an entire area, ruining everything that the water leaked on. I have 3 mattresses, a couch, and quite a few boxes completely ruined. Find somewhere else that maintains their storage facilities better. ... Read more

I rented a storage unit from them for five months earlier this year in 2013. The outside storage is decent. There are four main complaints I have against their service. You could leave your credit card information, so they could auto bill you. However, even if you do leave your information for auto payments, apparently you have to remind them to bill you or you get a ridiculous late fee from them. This is very inconvenient for military folks, like myself, when you aren't in the local area and across the world. Second, I left a deposit with them, which I have not received two months after I stopped business with them. Third, you can call them and leave them multiple messages to call you back, but they hardly answer their phone and never call you back. Last, I do not like being lied to. They said they would mail me my deposit check, here I am waiting two months later with no response and no check. In summary, they have horrible customer service and aren't military friendly! Try another place! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
