I had storage with them for several year use to be good but customer service is no longer there. I have asked for my insurance to be removed and they don’t seem to know how to do it. I contacted the company who contracted insurance through them but the informed me that the storage facility is the only one’s who can cancel it. But the people in the office are incapable of doing it. After serval phone calls they still are not doing anything to resolve this issue. So maybe my review will get a response. ... Read more

As a loyal customer for almost a decade, I am rewarded by rent increases. As a single parent, single income household, low income earner, I am empathized with by late fees. Guess the owner dont have enough toys in his garage? Im told the same excuse every rich person uses, tax increases. First, of course your taxes increase, your increasing your assets, and assets owned, like land and properties, rise in value! Secondly, you dont charge your customers more, you actually put less in your pocket! Whens enough, enough?!? I have a WHOLE nother long story about how I was denied renting space for my work vehicle, I use daily, by the phone answerer, in their fenced lot.Or how I'm told, again, after I've spent absorbent amounts of money, I cant park my vehicle OUT OF THE WAY and take my Motorcycle for more than a couple hours, God forbid overnight or the whole weekend, so I sold it! On 5/26/20 I rented a 10x15 unit. We were in the process of selling our home and I needed a unit to place unused boxed items & furniture. This was a newly built location in town and seemed very clean. I visited the unit frequently adding items as needed in the beginning. We put our written notice in the middle of July letting them know we would be all moved out before August 1st as we were closing on our new house 7/24/20. On 7/25/20 we came to our unit with a UHaul to load stuff up. My husband had pulled a few boxes out and furniture and there were roaches everywhere. We had no choice but to put the stuff back in the unit as there was no way I would take those items to my new home. Since this was late on a Saturday afternoon I had to wait until Monday to call the office. In the mean time my husband and I bought foggers & baits. I called the office that Monday 7/27/20 and told them the unit I had rented was now infested with roaches and they did not come from my unit! They asked us for a key so they could look in our unit. We gave them a key but I explained looking in our unit would serve no purpose. They decided to place 1 fogger in our unit, which we had already done, but I have no idea if they did anything else to the other units. The infestation was clearly started in another unit. I told them I would have to stay another month to continue bombing before ever moving anything out. So I paid another $79 for the month of August. They never offered me a credit for the problem and they knew why we had to rent for another month. We continued bombing and finally on 8/8/20 we decided it was time to move everything out because the infestation was clearly in another unit and we would never be able to rid the problem leaving our items in that unit. So we had to pay to rent a trailer, again more expenses, just to move the stuff. So we paid a full month for August and only occupied the unit for 8 days of it after realizing they were not going to take care of the infestation professionally. I realize things like this can happen BUT all the units should have been professionally sprayed to combat whatever unit they were coming from. We also requested our key be returned and we were told it was mailed with our deposit to our new address. When I received the $20 deposit back there was no key in the envelope. ... Read more
