Of all my storage unit experiences, I'd say Prime storage on Eddy Street is my favorite. Ian, the GM has been wonderfully helpful and flexible getting us into a unit that works for us! They're on top of getting repairs done, which is opposite my previous experiences waiting 9+ months for an elevator to be fixed. It might not visually be the most appealing, but it's a storage unit with a great staff, so if you're looking for a better experience, this location is great! Theyve also addressed the previous issues of the homeless/messes around the facility! ... Read more

Prime bought this a year or so ago and the place has turned into a homeless hangout. Broken down cars all over, trash everywhere, people sleeping in their cars during the day. Went to my unit on New Years to discover a group of junkies had moved in to the units around mine. There was so much trash, filth, and clutter the ailes were completly impassable. It looked like this was going on for a long time. The next week I removed all of my belongings from this place. I asked for my money to be returned for the remainder of the pay period due to the circumstances and was plainly told no, that wasn't their policy. Just another typical soleless corporation we've come to expect from this country. Check out the photos of after they "Took care of the problem". These are from when I removed all of my stuff the week after. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
