Pretty terribly run. They never answer the phone, they don't have professional property management services in place. Takes 5-10 days to get the lots clear when it snows. People run their businesses out of this place and have no access. I pay $3,000+ a month here for 6 units and they offer me a lousy $25 credit for the month for just 3 of the units. Can't wait to get out of this place. Public storage more like Public embarrassment. A real property management company would have this lot cleared out in 24 hours. ... Read more

This place is a joke, and a money scheme... My unit got flooded a year and a half ago. The third-party insurance company that they make you pay for doesn't do anything unless you have all receipts for all your items stored in your unit. Today is the 27th, I do not have access to my unit for the last three days because of the snowfall. Meanwhile, they wanna talk to you like you're stupid, but meanwhile, I can't access my unit for the last three days, but I'm trying to get out before the first. How can I do that, when you can't access even the drive way!? Please save yourself, and never rent from this place???? Mean while I had my car on the road with my hazards on. Just to film this, also putting my life on Jeopardy, hoping I didn't get hit by another vehicle.. and let me say, I have supposedly 24 hour access to my unit that costed me $30 extra. ... Read more

The place is great and close by so it's easy for me to pop in every once in awhile to drop stuff off and organize. However aside from the rates, what am I paying for if the lot cannot get plowed from snow at all? I tried pulling in before the gate and got stuck. This is not the first storm like this. Its every snowfall. Even last winter its ridiculous. ... Read more

The staff made a very stressful situation easy. Took the time to show the units and made sure I made an informed decision. Update: after 1 month I realized I need a much smaller unit. Courtney was extremely helpful in assisting me and helped save me quite a bit of money with no hassle. ... Read more

Did an online rental. Went ok but there was a discrepancy in what I paid and what I owed. The website and app showed different amounts and it also showed me with two reservations. Terrible app. Drove to the location on Burnt Tavern Rd to resolve my issue and was waited on by Eric. He was great. Knowledgeable, nice and patient. Issue resolved. This rating is for Eric not the corporation. Thanks Eric ... Read more

Horrible experience with the “Property Manager” Courtney. I have had a unit with them for close to two years and pay monthly since then. This past week I rented a larger unit because we are moving. On Friday 8/1 I went to my new unit. The lock they provided (that I paid for) had the key break inside of the lock. I went to speak to Courtney about a replacement lock and she expected me to buy a new one. Mind you this is the second time I’ve used this lock and I am not the hulk. Secondly on 8/1 I asked for a few hours to switch my stuff over from my smaller unit to my larger unit and they said I would still be charged for the entire month even though I’m just switching units as opposed to leaving the property. Horrible experience. I’m spending over 2k a year on a storage unit and they are going to go into semantics about a few hours of rent due. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
