Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4 Orben Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Rented a 10x10 unit in D building. There three months. Mold on almost everything (except items in plastic bins). Told management. They are aware, they just don't care. Their insurance won't cover mold. Most the items I wanted to keep are now being thrown away. I came here from another storage facility to save a few dollars. Lost most my stuff. Not worth it. ... Attempted to move out of my 10x10 unit in building D to smaller unit in building C today except outside door to building C was stuck. Left message for property manager during office hours and ended up having to cancel my helpers and leave because it was a waste of time to sit there. Now I will have to pay another month for this unit. Rent increases are astronomical. Dead mice, moth larvae, and mold caused me to have to throw out about $2,000 of my items. I am trying to pursue an insurance claim with my insurance. Rodents can easily get in through the unit back wall that leads to outside. ... Read more

Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. Super seamless and easy to rent here. Place is clean and prices are reasonable - do expect increases on rent but thats just how the world works . Also, dress appropriately as indoor units aren’t climate controlled. Thanks again -Bryan (former renter) ... Read more

This location especially continually has issues with having staff present. Morning, noon, and afternoon. I have had to call into corporate 3 times within 2 years just to have staff at the location so that I can make a payment. The manager, who lives on premesis, is of no help. In fact she is part of the problem. The units are adequate and premises are always clean. The staff is just never there. And to make things worse, corporate does not care. "Make an appointment if you need help with anything. We only staff that location some of the time." What kind of business runs like this? ... Read more

Very secure storage. I think into our 3rd year here, but the price is $100+/month more now than when we moved in. Not sure what we got for the extra money, except the dirt blown under the door when they painted and resurfaced, or just cleaned the drive way in front of the units... About a foot or more of dirt covering anything close to the door opening. Not happy about that, especially if we're supposed to leave it clean when we move out... Like really soon. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 4 Orben Drive has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 4 Orben Drive can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 4 Orben Drive come at a variety of prices, starting from $22 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $400 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
