I 'reserved' a unit online. When I tried to complete the rental (during posted business hours), a sign directed me to their main location. I drove to the 2nd location only to find a locked gate, office door behind the gate, and no one there. I called customer service. I was on the phone for 30 minutes during which I was told they didn't know why they couldn't reach the property manager. I was told an email was sent to the manager with instructions to call me back. No callback, but I have recieved multiple texts and emails to complete my rental online. I rented from a competitor on the same road with no hassles- open during business hours, was able to speak to a human, moved in the same day. ... Read more
