    If I could give them zero I would. They are owned by a large housing conglomerate out of Albuquerque. They do not care about their residents, beyond providing just enough to not violate any city codes. Their onsite laundry was closed more than open. The "playground" was old and rusty and there was usually broken glass around it. There was never enough parking, especially if you come in late to the lot, so if you had groceries, or laundry you better be ready for a long haul into your apartment. The rooms are incredibly small, and oddly designed. my kids never had room to play because their twin bed took up to much of the space. the day we moved in a pipe had burst and instead of hiring a plumber to fix it they relied only on on their inhouse handy man - who had to be called in from another complex because the regular guy was on vacation. So we ended up having to spend the first 3 nights in a hotel. The swamp cooler is older than the building it seems. and would spray debris and rust into the house. we would have to sweep 2-3 time a day to keep things clean. The doors have huge gaps that let in all the cold air in winter. The pipes are corroding and because of that there is very little hot water pressure.     Very old, wasn't worth the money I paid for, sinks back up, air conditioner spits out debris and paint, windows rattle, front door leaks in cold air, half the time the plumbing backs up. Floors creak bad. Cold drafts in the winter. ... Read more
