Would give them ZERO stars if I could - garbage company that just keeps raising rates over and over again for no reason. DO NOT RENT HERE.. It was so much better under the old company. These new people are vile vultures. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! ... Read more

My mom's been here for over a decade, ever since the old owners sold this place to out of staters, or a franchise they saw opportunity to take advantage of us and raise the prices tremendously to literally just make themselves disgustingly rich at our expense. They didn't have to, they chose to. Because why be a human, when you can be rich?!?! You're what's wrong with the country and this is something that should be protested on apparently. To much money to be thrown away so often and for what b.s excuse?! ... Read more

PLEASE AT ALL COSTS AVOID RENTING FROM THIS PLACE. THESE PEOPLE BASICALLY RAISE RENT TILL YOU'RE LATE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT THEN YOU PAY RENT, INSURANCE,PLUS LATE FEES THEN IT HAPPENS AGAIN OVER AND OVER TILL YOU CAN NO LONGER PAY Their "NEW" RENTAL PRICE. BUT YOU CONTACT THEM THEY SAY PAY AND VACATE ASAP. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? SO WE PAY BUT HAVE NO MONEY TO RENT A TRUCK TO GET OUR THINGS OUT AND NO CASH TO RENT ELSEWHERE. ASKED FOR 1 OR 2 MORE DAYS BUT NO.BY Monday THEY HAD ALREADY DONE AN AUDIT ON OUR BELONGINGS AND WE HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT So we LOST EVERYTHING. THEY HAVE A WAY TO DO THINGS ITS LIKE A LOOPHOLE THAT NEEDS TO BE Tied UP TIGHT SO PEOPLE CAN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS. THEY SURE MAKE A LOT IF CASH DOING THIS. ... Read more

Laura was awesome. Tho I think it would be nice if they had a chair for us older folks..it was pretty seamless to rent a unit. Dont forget to tell them if you have homeowners insurance as insurance is required in Las Cruces now. EVERYWHERE. the unit is affordable and clean and even though what they won't let you leave a pod there another important thing to remember Laura helped us figure out how I'm going to move in to the unit so she was overall extremely helpful. I look forward to storing my stuff here :) UPDATE: please note that your rent WILL likely increase after your trial period which for me was three months. Your contract clearly states that it's month-to-month which means you are not getting locked into any specific rate by getting a unit sooner than later. I wasn't expecting it because I've had storage unit in California and in Nevada and in both places I was locked into my rate as soon as I rented my unit. NM is not rent controlled nor renter friendly just fyi. ... Read more

I had previously rented here before when it was under different management (Stull) and had no issues so I figured I would go back now that I needed another storage unit. Holy cow, big mistake. When I found out my unit was already covered by my rental insurance, I sent them proof and asked if I would be able to save from paying for extra insurance through them. Yes this happened a couple of days after my rent was due, but it also fell on a weekend when they aren't open. So on Monday I got a reply that I needed to pay my balance in full (Rent + Insurance + $20 late fee) ASAP and vacate my stuff from the unit. This is literally 5 days after it was due, and I had talked to them on Friday and told them I was going to be emailing that proof of insurance. A little harsh I would say? I was considering switching already because the access hours are 7am - 7pm and it was kind of hard for me to always get there before 7pm, but I guess they made the decision for me. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that I-25 Self Storage - 960 South Triviz Drive has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by I-25 Self Storage - 960 South Triviz Drive can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 400 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by I-25 Self Storage - 960 South Triviz Drive come at a variety of prices, starting from $24 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $181 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
