Best storage facility in Nevada. The staff Kajuan G. that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The facility was the cleanest one I have been to and organized. It was nice that all the elevators were working and that they had carts for the customers. I definitely will recommend this storage facility to everyone. ... Read more

I haven’t rented there, but I’m in Auction bitter and I have purchased a few Auction units at this facility. The staff is amazing very friendly helpful the auctions were excellent although we don’t always get what we want. I did pretty good on a couple of them, but that’s the nature of the business. It’s a win lose win some lose some Type business. Chris was very hopeful and explained in detail how the process works. I would rent their hands-down and I’ll definitely be bidding on more units there in the future thank you Chris for your guidance and support. Keep up the good work. ... Read more

This place is awesome. Way better than my past storage experiences. If I had to give one critique, it may be layout. The door access to what I would guess is the internal storage units is placed in a manner centralized that when multiple people are accessing their storage, they block access to the external units. Fortunately, I’ve yet to meet someone who wasn’t mindful and offered to pull their vehicles up a little bit in the event they were blocking our unit. Maybe we were just extremely unlucky at the times we access ours. Either way, I wonder if next time placing doors for internal access on the sides of the buildings would make sense flow wise? In spite of that little critique, they are still worth 5 stars. ... Read more

I have never had a single problem with this storage unit until new management. New management lied to me and refused my payment, badmouthing ex employee. Well the ex employee was always super helpful. I don't live in town and new management told I had to come in person to pay in office , because he failed to find my personal information and blamed it on ex employee. Was disrespectful when I asked for the management to call me and hung up on me...Lucky I had Bryan's personal number to call for help, even though he longer works there, he was very helpful. Now I was able to make a payment online, in which new management failed to inform me. I will get my belongings removed from this storage facility ASAP. ... Read more

Excellent customer service, Tristan was very helpful in finding the right size storage unit for my needs. Went to other storage facilities and they weren’t as helpful so I came back to Lock & Leave and rented from them. Would highly recommend you check them out before you rent anywhere else. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
