DO NOT RENT STORAGE FROM THIS PLACE! They've had multiple break'ins in just a few months. Our unit and a few other were recently broken into and the 3 employees who work there continently lost the surveillance footage. They lied and said the locks were cut but we found our lock on ground and a key was used to open it. The same key that they issued us at move in. They thief walked right past new TVs and electronics and somehow had time to open boxes and steal thousands of dollars worth of liquor and wine collection. Everyone knows it was staged by the 3 employees who work there. This not the first time this has happend this year! Renter BEWARE! The location has been unsecured for several weeks now with the gates wide open. They said this is because the security systems were disabled during the breakin and theft. For weeks the employees have been propping the security doors open with rocks! so anyone off the street can walk in, cut a lock and steal your stuff. They've offered no refund and the rink dink insurance attached the storage is a joke. Better get real insurance if you are going to keep anything here. The breakin and theft happened at 3:30am according to the employees and they waited the entire day, until 5:30pm to notify us of the theft. They called us 30mins before they closed but knew all day long. This is a shady business. Civil and criminal investigations underway. ... Read more

Please don’t bring your valuables. Last year, my girlfriend and I went out of town for a month and placed all of our belongings in two separate storage units on opposite sides of the complex. BOTH of our units were broken into. The lock we purchased was cut and replaced with a different lock of the same brand. Management was not helpful at all and conveniently lost all the security footage. I’m 1000% confidant it was an employee involved. We lost everything of value we’ve ever owned. Oh! And we had insurance through them on both units- we filed a claim and were denied ... Read more

Not ADA friendly. Elevator is not working. Notice should have been be sent to storage unit contacts on 2nd & 3rd floors to inform elevator is not working. I was only able to call to order a new unit, but unable to select an option to speak with the property manager (option 3 or 5). Also, the air does not work in bldg A. As a disabled vet, requested to be moved to a lower floor. Unacceptable, but Public Storage is collecting everyone’s payments and opening new accounts. A credit should be given for not having a fully operational facility in which people pay to access. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
