Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 2410 Wrondel Way, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Kristen and Erica were lovely very helpful friendly and pleasant to deal with dealing with my units in Sparks. They were very helpful got in touch with me promptly or were accessible immediately. In today's day and age with trap Bots and the impossibility of reaching anybody on the phone this was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Public Storage as a result of the ease of pleasantness of the help ... We needed to secure a storage space prior to our move. The online experience was slightly confusing however the IN-PERSON experience at the Wrondel location exceeded our expectations! Melissa is not just a warm and friendly person, but had the answers we were searching for. She gave us tips for making our storage unit size online search easier, and was just all around helpful and accommodating whenever we had questions while waiting for the unit size we needed, and also during our move-in process. This location is lucky to have amazing attention to customer satisfaction. She's an awesome person! ... Read more

The Wrondel Way Public Storage location is the BEST experience I've ever had with a self-storage facility. Excellent location, great value, super-clean and secure vibes, and MELISSA (the lead supervisor employee most of the week) is an absolute revelation of positivity, friendliness, competence / expertise, and warmth -- she truly went SO far above and beyond with all her help, efforts and exceptional responsivesness that she made our inevitably stressful January 2026 moving process tolerable (even a bit of a joy, I might say! ????). THANK YOU, Public Storage and Melissa! ... Read more

The storage is fine but what kind of multilevel storage facility doesn’t have carts for their customers to use to haul from vehicle to their unit? This one doesn’t. And they gave me the unit furthest from the door which means 10 trips carrying heavy boxes through two separate locked entryways resulting in picking up and putting down my heavy items a total of 22 times.. nice job guys ... My boyfriend and I live in a small apartment, so having an easily accessible, yet safe, storage unit is important to us. I appreciate you get your own unique code to get in and out of the facility. My most recent visit it was very bust and I needed to drop off one very heavy item to my unit. All the roller carts were taken. The front desk ladies, Brenda and Kristin, noticed I had been waiting for awhile to move one item, so they went into their personal unit to get a dolly for me. Most establishments will say they can't help you out or just ignore you, but these ladies took it upon themselves to help me out and that meant a lot. Highly recommend if you're seeking affordable, accessible, climate controlled storage. ... Read more

Crystene the manager gives the best customer service I've ever experienced. She not only is professional but also makes you feel like a true friend during sometimes the most hard part of life which is transitioning from home to home. She gives me the sense of security that all of my most precious belongings are safe and being kept and taken care of. Every conversation I've had with her she's gone above and beyond to be informative and keep me in the loop of my account standing and what my best options are during this hard time for myself and my family. Honestly if I could clone her and experience this type of superior customer service with all of the other companies that I have to deal with I would definitely make that an option. She's in the right position to be in management and definitely deserves a raise. ... Read more

So it's a great storage facility, clean, good staff. But, the fact that you can never reach anyone on the phone when you call is a little bit annoying, and when it says open at 9am and your stuck waiting until well after 9:30am for anyone to show up at the office is very annoying. i had to call a different facility just to reach someone... ... Top Takeaways - Unfortunately, this has easily been one of my worst experiences I’ve had at a storage facility. I HIGHLY recommend a safer facility with better communication and professionalism. This place became a liability as they allowed my unit to be ransacked and were unhelpful to law enforcement! As with my unit and NUMEROUS other units that were broken into at this facility, I feel you would have a likely chance of having your items stolen. This is not a safe property. It’s apparent that the Public Storage can’t even keep its own property safe - they had all of their outdoor air conditioning units stolen! After months without them, they had them replaced and put a locking cage over them. Dead mice and surfaces that are never cleaned make it tough to find positives. (See photos and video) Elevators take multiple months to fix. Communication with the District manager is aggressive and challenging. Bright spot - some of the staff are great to work with. More Detail - - The district manager is aggressive with tenants! She was focused on only tracking me on camera (with other people around), and aggressively approached me at my unit to ask why I was taking pictures. I told her I was taking pictures of the many items that have remained broken for months so I can post a review. She called me “suspicious” and seemed to not believe me. She is extremely unprofessional and really shouldn’t be leading a team with her hostile approach. Rather than profiling me and approaching me like a criminal, her focus would be better spent identifying actual criminals that continue to break into storage units. A little bit of tact, politeness, and respect goes a long way! - Over $6,000 worth of my items were stolen in a short window of time. After reporting to facility staff, I received radio silence. There is no communication, follow up, or information you receive. When you ask about progress, they say “we don’t know” or “I can’t tell you”. You can’t even email anyone about it because the company doesn’t allow external communication. I completely understand the liability of giving specifics, and I agree with it. However, a professional approach would be to let your tenant know that they have/haven’t found evidence and forwarded the information to local law enforcement. When I contact the police, they say that the storage facility has not provided them with any information. With everything hush-hush, it’s hard for your mind not to wander into thinking if this was an inside job. I find it extremely difficult to believe that they were not able to provide video footage or access code information to law enforcement given the following large, recognizable items were taken. - Safety is a HUGE concern here! It is highly likely that your unit will be broken into and you will get a flat tire. I can’t emphasize this enough. THEY HAVE HAD A DISPROPORTIONATE AMOUNT OF PROPERTY THEFT! There has not been 1 time that I’ve visited where screws, nails, and sharp objects were littered in the ground ready to give your vehicle a flat tire. The exit signs barely hang by the wires for multiple months (still hanging, possible code violation?). There were even a couple of weeks where they didn’t have door handles on the entrances to the building! Just holes in the door where handles should be that you pull on to enter the building. There are 3” of sheet metal sticking out at the entrance just waiting for you and your children to cut yourselves. You will notice that there are also some unsavory characters that are regularly there. - The elevators stay broken for multiple months! And when you think it’s working, it breaks again. It’s a filthy facility. Just look at the elevator walls and floor that get a buildup of fluid smudges and grime. If the power goes out, don’t expect communication or access to your unit - not even a sign on the door or an email. You just show up and have to call the corporate number to figure out that they are closed. Apparently, poor communication and professionalism are an accepted theme for Public storage. ... Read more

If I could give Public Storage more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Had an effortless, smooth and wonderfully positive experience from start to finish renting my storage space. I feel horrible I cannot remember the gentleman's name that I spoke with on the phone when reserving my space. And yes! You can give Public Storage a call, let them know what location you are interested in renting at, and they will do the rest! How pleased was I, knowing when I walked into the facility I rented from, everything was complete. They sent my contract, and necessary paperwork to my email, Everything was explained from monthly fees, late fees, storage insurance, hours of operation, etc. prior to going to your rental. So that you have no questions when you finally get to your space. And, I will call her "the cherry on top" of this marvelous experience. Melissa greeted my son and myself with a warm smile, a great sense of humor, and overall professionalism that Public Storage would be proud of! She answered all my questions, and was eager to make sure that we were satisfied with the space I rented. Excellent customer service from phone call to facility! ... Read more

Employees are helpful but the maintenance in the building prevents me from accessing the unit I’m renting. Power outages, issues with the elevators, and issues with the gate have kept me out. This wouldn’t sting as bad if the rates weren’t as high as they are. My friend moved their things out of their unit because of break ins on the first floor. If you find more convenient and safer options, I’d recommend taking those ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 2410 Wrondel Way has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 2410 Wrondel Way can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 150 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 2410 Wrondel Way come at a variety of prices, starting from $70 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $179 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
