Gate has been broken for months anyone can walk in or out at anytime. I would have changed storage units if it wasn’t such a hassle. My storage unit was also filthy as soon as I got it. Wouldn’t recommend for how expensive they are. ... Read more

Been renting for 6 months now and management is not caring for the property as they should. Called and spoke with Jude and he didn't seem to care about the snow. See photos 1. Entrance gate has been non operational for months. This is a security concern. 2. Snow has not been addressed. Renters are getting vehicles stuck and some are walking to their units. ... Read more

Initial experience was good with renting a unit. Contacted representative again to rent an additional unit and all was good. However, with each call the message system always states that nobody is available to answer the call and someone will return the call. Well I beg to differ here. In my particular case I tried for more than 45 days to get in touch with someone. I left my name, number, unit numbers and the reason I was calling. Finally, I got an email. No, I couldn't get a return phone call but I got an email. What is it about the answering system? It's next to impossible to speak with a human being. However, if I want to give Rhino Storage money, they are more than happy to get back with me. I'm very frustrated. No, I really pissed over the lack of service and overall respect for people that this outfit has. Without the customer, you have no service to offer. ... Read more

Ok so I have left a previous review, however customer service contacted me within the same day. They explained why my cost was a little higher and told me how I could lower it. They also told me that every unit starts out treated for pests and they offered to treat it for me again. I love all of the keyless entry features for the gate and the unit. I am very satisfied!!! ... Read more

Do not recommend. Sold me a unit that I could not access for 3 weeks the first month. They were more than happy to keep my money and not offer reimbursement or storage time. Don’t bother calling the number for support ether because no one answers. You might get an email days later if you leave a message. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Rhino Self Storage - 2185 Rolling Hills Street has to offer. These amenities include 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Rhino Self Storage - 2185 Rolling Hills Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Rhino Self Storage - 2185 Rolling Hills Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $49 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $207 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
