FYI Good service & security initially. I was paying about $264 with insurance monthly THEN, I get an email stating my monthly rent is going up $100 MORE per month. I’m recently widowed and on a fixed income not to mention in my latter 70’s. I THINK THIS IS JUST BEING GREEDY! So I called and they extended my current monthly rent for 3 more months, which I am thankful for but I guess I will have to start looking for anew place - such a hassle and inconvenience. ... DO NOT RENT HERE. They increased my rent 51% in less than 2 years. Ridiculous, I had to hire movers to move my stuff to a competitor 2 miles away in order to save over $100+ a month. SHAME ON YOU! Predators.. ... Read more

RENTER BEWARE, your rates here will increase quickly and dramatically! Public Storage is very friendly, but the smiles don't come cheap. I have stored here in a 10x20 unit since November 2020; the rate then was $152 per month at the time. Today, on April 4, 2025, Public Storage has a quoted "teaser rate" for a 10x20 at $187 per month. So far, so good. But here are the exact rate increases you can expect to see, because this is exactly what they have done to me. June 2021, rate was increased 12% per month to $170 per month March 2022, rate was increased 32% per month to $224 October 2023, rate was increased 15% to $258 per month October 2024, rate was increased 25% to $323 per month. In other words don't expect your quoted initial rate to last very long. Most companies reward their most loyal customers, Public Storage does the opposite. The most loyal customers at this storage facility pay the highest rates. ... Read more
