Place needs to be updated bad all numbers and symbols are off of the entrance and exit key pads and are very lose. They finally fixed it but one of the hall lights were out for a very long time and the hallway stayed dirty the whole time the light was out but now that the light is fixed it seems to stay clean. ... This place is infested with mice!! I paid storage fees to them for 4 years, they were on autopay with my bank. When it came time to move my belongings out, everything was ruined. There was mice droppings and urine on all my furniture...Some was so bad it literally stuck together. They had gotten into storage bins and chewed up pictures, frames, paperwork, wood frames, from decor and artwork. When I notified the manager, he said that they are not responsible for damage caused by rodents or bugs....Not sure why anyone would pay for their "services" then. When I refused to pay another month , while I attempted to sort through the destruction, they locked me out of the facility. So along with the $4,000+ that I paid to this company, I lost nearly $10,000 worth of property and more importantly, things that can't be replaced, including my late father's military medals, other family member's ashes, my children's baby pictures and momentos. It's just sickening. They advertise to be a place you can store your belongings, had they informed me that my stuff would more than likely be damaged, I would have gone elsewhere. I spoke to two other customers, and they also stated that their units were infested. One gentleman said he had to go there a few times a week to set traps, clean, and check on his stuff. I would not recommend this place when there's many other options, even if they may cost a bit more. ... Read more

Great place to store your belongings given your individual situation. LuAnne runs the place and she is a sweetheart. I am her problem child and she helped me out each given time. Scott one of her maintenance men even helped me remove a lock from my storage I couldnt get off. 2 upgrades that would make it nicer would be to put new pavement or black top in instead of current sandpit gravel so it has curve appeal. Also i know there is a second gate for cars to leave in and out however its always locked. So if you have a cartain storage number on the backside when you go to leave you have to drive backward. ... Horrible place, They will make you pay a full month even if you need 2 days, they will not prorate the bill for you which is ridiculous. There is also no after office hours access.... The gate stays "broken", so you only have until 5:30pm. The owner of this facility is a cheap scumbag and should be investigated for scamming people. Even on their web site.... Every single unit says "only 1 left!" ... Take your business elsewhere. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
